Called trying to find a primary care doctor for my husband and I. Apparently this doctor is not very good if he won't even speak to a patient on the phone. Hung up sent all remaining calls to voicemail before I even told him my name.

Woman at the front desk was VERY RUDE! made me feel like I was trash! The DR was AWESOME! I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend any one to go there and be treated in that manner by that employee! It is really to bad because the DR really was nice but I have to wander about him when he hires someone like that!

Dr. Benjamin, kept the clinic open after hours to treat my sons hand. He came to the hospital to support my son for his surgery..and He was not even involved in the surgery. He called many different specialist and set up appointments and even had the test result sent to him personally so that He could go over my options and help me choose a surgeon and the specialist needed. This is not an isolated incident of kindness. I first heard of him thru my grandmother. She had suffered a dog bite and He knocked himself out to help her.

The $150 initial charge doesn't cover anything. All treatments cost more. I paid $675 for a neck x-ray,and two injections.He promised follow-up, and gave his number. He never answered calls and I was forced to seek further treatment at ER. He offered no discount for self-pay, and all fees were upfront. No payment plans,billing or personal checks. GREED best describes my experience. Avoid this guy unless you want to be ripped off!!

On a recent visit to Peppertree MedicalClinic, I thought the physician and staff were professional and empathetic. The wait was minimal and the fees werereasonable.

wasn't a carrier of any insurance only aetna and medicare charges $150 just to see the doctor and then there were additional charges that I wasn't aware of after I had been seen by the doctor...Wouldn't reccommend or go back!!!!
