Dr. Alvarado is my primary care doctor; she is a good doctor and spends time with me; I don't mind waiting up to an hour because of this; the staff is "so so"; they are there to do one thing: get your insurance information and collect money. The check out clerk is rude and condescending especially when questioning about insurance; she acted like I did not know anything; BUT, the icing on the cake is she would not give me the receipt; she said it was because of HIPPA laws; These laws are for the patient, not the doctor's office. I had to almost grab the receipt out of her hands to see it; she did not want me to see that receipt; Hum, what's up with that, I wonder?!
