After a fall, two fingers on my right hand were dislocated. When Imarrived at the hospital, was immediately met by the doctors and medical team. They treated the fingers and stitched up lacerations. It seemed to take a lot of time between xrays, exam, cleaning the wounds, etc. but that is expected for any emergency room procedures. in summary it took about 4 hours for my entire visit and now on the mend. Happy to have my hand fixed.

Surgeon was suppose to be on call. Got there and he wasn't. Was sent home and told to call next day for emergency surgery and denied. Was forced to drive 2 hours away to get the surgery I needed to save my finger.

Horrible experience. Everyone seemed nice enough at first but my one year old was struggling to breathe and we were left in the lobby for about two hours.

Facility is old and looks it. Difficult to find way around. Registration staff rude and unfriendly. Took me to pre-op but had wrong paperwork. I was pre-registered but still went through complete registration. Waited over an hour in lobby to be called back. Pre-op nurse started an IV drip but wasn't supposed to. Once in surgery all went well and radiology staff were great. Unpleasant beginning did not put me at ease for procedure. If you can do it at Advent then that's where you should go. I want to thank Michael, Maria, and Angela for there caring manner....2 of them worked in Radiology and the 1 one worked in pre op surgical unit......bravo to them 3....

Don’t go here. Their costs for basic service will bankrupt you. Charged me $3300 for one X-ray. Another $3300 for 10 min with a PA. $250 for 2 pills.

A big shout out to Dr.Reddy and all the nurses that took care of me.I was on third floor and rm.360. All were so friendly and helpful.. I felt like was in a motel room..very clean and nice. I can't thankyou all enough

The trauma team saved my sons life and I can’t thank them enough!!! The 4th floor team was so amazing, attentive, and compassionate I can not say how grateful I am.
