Used to feel very positive, last 4-5 visits, don’t get answers, visits are spent with her staff, very little time with doctor. Try’s to appease patient with a lot of nothing, out the door she goes with a follow up months down the road. Too casual, If tests are suggested, she’ll submit normal routine, when you’ve been sick for a month, no urgency on her part! Have become unsatisfied, and lack of care!

Dr. Rao is the best! And everyone that knows her, loves her. She is kind, thoughtful and incredibly intelligent! I have learned so much about heart health, how to take care of myself and Dr Rao does not push pills, but encourages life style changes first. Her staff is on top of things and thoughtful as well!

Dr. Rao is the most compassionate, caring doctor I have ever had. She is so kind! She listens to you and answers you in such a way that you can totally understand what she is saying. She always makes me feel comfortable and calms my fears with her gentle manner.
