staff is rude and beyond disrespectful. dr Tran is very nice himself but the staff is so undesirable that I would never go back. I have never dealt with such a rude staff at a doctors office. do not recommend

Honestly the WORST doctor my family & I have ever had. I stopped seeing him a year ago because he was extremely dismissive & blamed all of my health problems on my weight. I asked countless times for a psych referral & not once did he ever manage to do it for me. Fast forward, I feel inclined to write this review because my parents have also had recent experiences that are unforgivable. They travel a great deal to get care here only to be seen for a total of 3 minutes?! Yet again, he blamed their health issues on stress or anxiety -- that's not even the worst part. My mom came in because a lump developed on her neck and the AUDACITY for him to say it's EXTRA FAT?!?! Absolutely horrible. He should not be practicing medicine if he can't even give his patients the time of day they deserve.

I had the most wonderful experience here. Im terrified of needles, I told them how nervous I was and they made sure I was comfortable. I had about 3 people check up on me while I was getting lips injections to make sure I was doing okay. I was so lucky to have nurse Thao (Instagram: nursethao_ ) who did such an amazing job with my lips! She was so sweet and like the rest of the staff kept checking up on me throughout the whole process. I could not recommend this place any more. Such amazing staff and such amazing results!

Bad service!Make appointment you have to wait 2 months, the lady answered phone so rules never come back! I will change another place!

I was referred to Dr Tran's office by one of my good friends. I decided to schedule an appointment here because I loved the results I saw on her after the procedure and hoped that I would get similar results as well. I am so in love with my results! Nurse Val did an amazing job shaping and plumping my lips. I feel so much closer to my desired look. I will definitely be going back soon! Dr Tran's staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Rosalie even took the time to answer all of my questions and help navigate me through to decide what I wanted, BY TEXT! Which is much more convenient for me since I work full time and am very busy. I thought this was an extreme convenience for me and great customer service! Their office is very clean and has a nice elegant feel inside. Thank you!!!!!

I have family members that used to goes to this doctor. He has absolutely no respect for anyone. Doctors are supposed to be responsible for your health but this one is only responsible for his bottom line. If you call them with health concerns they will ignore you. Until you visit the office and flash your insurance card they won't give a damn about you. Please make sure everyone you care about go somewhere else if they would like to be treated like a human being. My dog's veterinarian has more compassion than this doctor. Just because you are a doctor, it doesn't make you superior. You spent years in school to become a doctor but you're missing an ethical and manner course.

I got referred by a friend to this office for permanent hair removal. I've tried to do this at another office but it was too painful. Rosalie is experience and attentive. I ended up having both my underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal for 6 sessions. The procedure was simple, painless and gave amazing results. The location is convenience and office is always sparkling clean. I would definitely come back for different treatment.

Came here for my laser hair removal and did the 6 sessions package. You get treated like family when you come here. Dr. Tran is super awesome and Rosalie the Manager is great too. The staffs provide professional service and the laser removal does lighten up your skin too. I been going here for many years. I recommend friends and love ones and they are still getting their laser hair removal. I recommend this place!

Amazing staff and doctor. Such a nice and professional place I went to this doctor for my immigration medical exam. The experience 7 March - I called in for an appointment. I was explained about the procedures, fees and documents I need to bring. Christine and Christina where very knowledgeable and kind to listen and explain each and every details. 8 March - I went to the office at bbn 9.30. I was welcomed nice. Given the documents and explained to fill it. The nurse took vitals asked every single question that is asked to a new patient. He was humble and very proffesional. After that Doctor came in, he examined me in detail. Asked me questions and explained what is next. He ordered the needed labworks. An amazing, humble proffesional doctor. He made me walk back to this care team. They explained the labworks and give me the papers for the labwork. Finally they given me a detailed bill and I paid it. What is the difference here? Such a proffesional place . Not hungry for money. They explain all details. They listen to you. No hidden fees. I would recommend any of my friends or family this place. Such a wonderful place.
