Wonderful caring staff! Mother was here for almost 2 weeks. Everyone was helpful and friendly!

Wow. Ok. I should have known something was off when I saw how they treated another patient. I was waiting to check in. This guy had just checked in and sat down. The lady comes out and says “John”. He didn’t say anything. He’s assuming it’s another John because the waiting room has many people in there and he just sat down. She says “John”. He says, I’m John but I just checked in. The lady says “then it’s you”. Wow. So I’m waiting to be checked in. She says my appt is canceled…what? By who? By you on March 23. I said “my original appt was March 18. I called to reschedule on March 23 and got this appt.” She says “No, you canceled this appt on March 23”. I said how can I cancel an appointment that hadn’t even been made yet? She says that’s what our system shows. They called you and left a message. I said “No, on March 18 I hit on the text reminder to reschedule. On March 23 I spoke with a lady and rescheduled for today.” She turns her screen to me and says I’m not understanding what she’s saying LOL. Oh I’m understanding what you’re saying and what you’re saying is wrong. I’m showing you the texts. I can’t cancel an appt that hadn’t even been made yet. I spoke with someone on March 23 and schedule today’s appt!” She says well I can only go by what our system shows. I said “and I can only go by my texts and the conversation I had”. Wow. She says we can reschedule for the end of this month. I said no way. How can I trust your “system” won’t cancel it again. Adios. Wow. I mean, I guess if you’re desperate, you can go to this place. Maybe the doc is great. But that front office staff is a bit of an issue.

In my opinion, the organization is not ethical. They would not honor a follow up appointment that was made.

Dr babu is absolutely amazing, very professional, knowledgeable & caring. His staff however specifically scheduling is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, 0 care, dont know how to answer phones or return calls.

This place is SLOW. If your appointment is 8am. They won't get to you until 9:30 am,, Bring a book. You are going to wait.

I didn’t appreciate the way a young staffer treated my husband. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband wanted to read the fine print before signing since she had it zoomed only to the signature box. She said he’d get a copy when he left. That didn’t solve the initial concern. Which she never gave him a copy when he left. She also blurted out “so, you don’t want the shot?” All my husband wanted to do was understand what he was signing. She needs to learn to treat customers better. They are the reason she has a job.

Over the top professionalism and understanding. I felt like I was the only patient and they were kind even through medical insurance nightmares, allergies, and being an older patient. Dr. Melbourne actually took a minute between surgeries to make sure I was alright. He is a fantastic surgeon. Would highly recommend.

NOBODY, I mean nobody answers from Dr.Mcfadden’s office. No matter if it’s 8am 12p 3p NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. And on top of that, NOBODY RETURNS phone calls!

I received a well overdue epidural for the lower back/spine and they were So Professional in every way from entering to exiting their office. Thank You Dr. BABU, MD. AND A thank you to Dr. Jaffe of the facility in Gainesville who knew I needed a epidural. I totally trust The Orthopedic Institute.

DOCTORS ARE A++DIVINE LOVE AND SUPER SMART WITH ALL THE LOVE AND INTELLIGENCE OF A IVY LEAGUE PHD NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST THE ONLY PLACE TO GO NO QUESTION WHERE OPINION DON'T MATTER BUT HEALING. THE STAFF IS IMPECCABLE THE BEST ALONG WITH THE DOCTORS BUT I HAVE TO GIVE LOVE TO DR. BABU IVY LEAGUE ALL THE WAY, AMEN I SAY TO YOU, AMEN FINALLY DOCTOR THAT LISTEN TO YOU AND HAS THE Knowledge to Heal. AND STAFF TI AND MOLLY both helping with love and putting you in the right direction for everything Staff is excellent professional can't wait to go back healing WITH LOVE AND MERCY. LOVE JPGELOI ...
