Dr Kumar and his staff have been very caring and professional. My procedure was absolutely painless. Anna my nurse was just as sweet as could be. Keisha the anesthesiologist calmed my worries and was very reassuring that I would not feel any pain or wake up during the procedure. Beth , Dr kumars nurse, always took my calls or got back to me with the answers to any prep information I needed

Donald smithers.. I had my first and second visits with him and his caring staff. They are all professional people in their field. Dr.Kumar is very good at what he does even thought we seems in a rush to get you in and out if you look at the big picture he has his own surgery center next to his office that’s why he seems rush he is trying to help everyone with their medical issues. He is there to be your doctor and listen to your medical issues not there to listen to stories of your pets children etc..

This is the most horrible doctor I have been to! Does not talk. No eye contact. No follow up. Could care less. Etc etc etc. no solution to my problem or discussion…….."

Nice enough staff, but... This doctor, in my opinion, was entirely dismissive and simple didn't listen. Even gave him a second change. Bad idea. Sorry... Perhaps he is ready to retire?

All i can say is WOW...and not in a good way, Sent Wife a letter stating that they can no longer be her Gastroenterologist, instead of helping her find out what her problem is, after only 2 visits within 2 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Only giving oner star due to i cant give -5 stars

Lost my colonoscopy results. Dr laughed at me while doing a follow up. Blamed my weight but if would have actually listened and ask any real questions he would hand known that the situation is much more than that. What a disrespectful bed side manner and even rude to his own staff right in front of me. Very unprofessional experience. Don't trust him at all

I had two precedures with Dr. Kumar and I don't have nothing negative to say about Dr. Kumar and staff. When I did the precedures the nurses were so caring and professional. Dr. Kumar is very profetional , I don't say that he always has a smile on his face but he has what I need knowledge. I'm. amazed to see so many negative reviews. They always answer the phone with courtesy and they are very a tentative 'I hope things continue the way it is because in Ocala it's very difficult to find a good gastrologist or any others doctors. Updated review. On October 28,2022 I had a upper GI endoscopy(my third procedure in 3month with Dr. Thimmiah Kumar)I'm very happy and amazed about the profetionalism, bed side maneras, caring, of the doctor and the staff of the surgery center. They make me feel very save and very trustful..I highly recomend Dr. Kumar. He is very profetional and very knowledgeable and he has a 10 star staff working with him. I can tell that they love their jobThank you for your work, well done.
