Had appointment to see Dr but only saw PA. Had xray and talked to PA's assistant who advised over the counter med. Then had an MRI three weeks ago. Had to call imaging center to have copy sent to primary doctor. Tried to reach Dr Brown for results of MRI. 5 minutes on phone just to get a recording saying they may get back to us in a day or so. Messages left in past got no response. Calls never returned. If these people worked for me they would be fired. Once went tooffice

This is my new favorite doctor. I am not accustomed to having doctors who actually care as much as this doctor. He really wants to find what the underlying problem is that is going on. I really appreciate it is enthusiasm to figure out his patience medical mysteries and his extensive knowledge. I would give 100 stars to this doctor!

Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors by whom I have ever been treated. He is above an expert in what he does. He's also ultra-patient centered and friendly as can be. The staff at his surgery center is incredible from the front desk to the nurses. In the end (no pun intended), my colonoscopy went as smoothly as possible. Not that I want to go back, but if I do, this is the place and Dr. Brown is the man.

Dr. Brown is amazing BUT it is very hard to get anyone to answer a message and to make an appointment. They just take their time calling back. This has happened to all of our family members. Then when you call back, the scheduler's mailbox is full.

This Dr is just so busy, had to wait for appointment, then 2 mos later I saw the PA. He was nice but I felt it was disrespectful of him not to wear a mask since I was wearing one. Covid is still here. Anyway, I already had an ultrasound ordered by primary, so PA ordered a cat scan, so all in all won't meet the Dr until procedure, doesn't work for me. Waited all this time & feeing better. It's an assembly Iine. Too bad, I heard Dr is great.

Very nice reception to this office. Spoke with "Ellie", she was very attentive to my needs, advised me of all options, informed me of all necessary information to accommodate my situation. Very positive and I felt comfortable in her assistance.

Dr. Browns staff are unprofessional. Need to retire so fresh blood can get in there and enjoy those jobs. Can’t even get an appointment with any of the Doctors because of these peoples egos.

Dr Brown is my gastroligist and treats me with my illness. I had a colonoscopy done and he was awesome. Very professional and He makes you feel so at ease. He listened to all my concerns and fears. And the procedure was one of my best experiences ever with Dr Brown...He's a wonderful Dr...
