In 2018 I had Knee surgery by this man. after a few weeks I complained about pain near my hip. He decided he would do some surgery and said while he was back there my Back fusion I had by Dr DeSclifani did not look too sturdy and wanted to fix it, never told me how he was going to fix it since it didn’t bother me. Come to find out he used screws and metal. Prior to surgery I told him I didn’t want to be in a wheelchair. He assured me I would not even have to wear abrace. My first Fusion was in 2014 never had a pain and no screws or metal. I was 80 years old at the. Time. Since that surgery I walk with a cane, Ihave a limp and in much pain. He kept me on Oxicodine for a month because the pain was so severe. I finally went into withdrawal I am now 84 and always in pain I would not go back to this butcher if I was dying. I was nursing a sick husband at the time, who has now passed and was unable to pursue this kind of treatment.

DOCTOR LOWELL DID A GREAT JOB ON MY BACK, NANCY WAS GREAT ALLSO!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going there for years and always was treated well and have had good results. I was there for treatment and never had surgery.

Bad from the start! The Dr's assistant "Nancy" who I met on my first visit, was a very rude and extremely condescending witch. I was so concerned after my visit with her I asked for another appointment to speak to Dr. Dr Lowell, who told me he did 100 spinal cord stimulator surgeries a year and I was in good hands. It's been my worst nightmare, the surgery went terribly wrong, I was taken by ambulance from the surgery center to the hospital with excruciating pain in the opposite leg I want in for treatment. The Dr came to the hospital the next day and told me he made a mistake" he nicked my spinal nerve", I would be better in a "couple weeks"3 days later I was told a "couple months" and I would be recovered. I spent 7 days in the hospital 2 weeks in rehab for his mistake. Nearly 6 months from surgery, I am in excruciating pain from the surgery every single day. Doctor Lowell has NEVER inquired about my condition Be very careful, seek another Doctor. Lowell does not care.

In 2006 Dr. Lowell repaired my spine. He had to put rods in to stabilize the spine. He corrected two other spine surgeon's mistakes. I wouldn't let no other doctor touch my spine except for Dr. Lowell. He knows what he's doing, takes his time, and does a great job. You can trust him, I did and I'm glad I did.

Buenas tardes el primer día que yo lleve a mi esposo nos atendieron muy mal pésimo será por que somos hispanos yo le expliqué a la muchacha que estaba enfrente que yo no hablo inglés y ella me dijo que no podía atendernos por el ódiama ella llamó a su supervisora y cuando ella vino me grito y me dijo que me callara yo le dije que por que ella nos trataba a si y me volvió a desir que me callara entonses me dieron otra cita para hoy vienes …. Hoy tenían traductor y nos pasaron y cuando entramos el doctor le realizaba preguntas a mi esposo informales y cada vez que mi esposo respondía el doctor se reía no atienden bien a los clientes le dijo a mi esposo que no tenía nada cuando a mi esposa ya le an realizado 2 cirugías le falta una de cuello y el dijo que el no aprobaba la cirugía yo no vuelvo a ese lugar lo peor que nos a pasado por ser hispanos yo no sé los recomiendo muy mal experiencia

I went visit Dr.Lowell for a workers comp injury- he said there was nothing he could do for me and he saw no issues. Other doctors at the orthopedic institute did find some issues. He sent me to PT, whole appt lasted about 45 seconds. Went back 4 weeks later some rude assistant lady was there. My PT wanted me to do 4-8 more weeks of therapy. The rude lady wanted to send me back to work full duty while going to PT for 4 weeks still in pain. I told her I don’t think I am ready to go back full duty because I’m still in pain . She reduced the PT to 4 visits and told me if I’m not better after 4 visits I need to find a new job. I have never met such a disrespectful person who is supposed to help me with my medical issues. This business is a joke and a scam to get you to drop any workers comp claim. Stay far away from this place, your medical care is not their priority.

Dr. Lowell was absolutely amazing. He is caring, straight forward and he is honest with you. The nurses and front staff were very kind and compassionate with me. Dr. Lowell was my surgeon and did a phenomenal job with my surgery.

It took me a while to write this review but I felt I had to do it. I am on Medicare so I didn’t have much of a choice in locating a spinal ortho so I was stuck driving two hours to see this doctor. I was very disappointed with both visits. I saw him twice and he never examined me. He was quick to recommend spinal stimulator surgery and rushed me through both visits. I will be contacting Medicare to complain and to ask for more spinal orthopedics to choose from.

I saw Dr.Lowell one time for a work related injury, for 3-4 minutes, he said there is nothing he can do for my back pain and sent me to PT. Upon returning after 4 weeks of PT i was scheduled to see Dr.Lowell but ended up seeing some assistant named Nancy. She was rude and disrespectful. I told her the PT was seeming to help and it was some relief after months of pain. She said she would give me 2 more weeks of PT and if i wasn't better after that i should find another job. After i left the office she sent me back to work full duty with no PT at all, without my knowledge. I was waiting for PT to call to schedule my appt's but instead my job called and told me i was expected to return to work the next day, in pain,no PT, and no further medical assistance needed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE A WORK RELATED INJURY- THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.
