Dr. Farr, Dr. Gupta and Quint are the best around! Not only are they incredibly talented surgeons and medical providers, but they truly care about their patients’ recovery. Twin Palm Orthopedics has treated my family members and myself with amazing outcomes. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about their staff and PT department as well! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️😢

I have nothing but nice things to say about the physical therapy department: Martha, Corby, and Rosie are all super kind and were beyond helpful to me! If they were not associated with Twin Palms Orthopedics I would continue on as their patient only. The members of the care team that I have dealt with have been courteous and professional but the billing/insurance team needs some major work. I should not have to call you 2-3 weeks after my appointment for you to do your job. I should not have to call my insurance to confirm that you have done your job, only to be told you haven’t. I should not have to call your office back to inform you that your job was done improperly. Why when you’re having ‘issues’ with insurance/billing would you not reach out to the patient? Why should they have to reach out to you for you to even start problem solving? I should not have to wait for weeks in pain for the approval for a treatment to be sent ONLY to find out after waiting the full 2-3 week timeframe that the approval was sent improperly which then restarts the process. I have never felt so tossed aside before and I’ve never had my care delayed for such inane reasons. I will not be returning nor recommending this office to my friends and family!

The visits were on time and all the employees were efficient and knowledgeable. Surgery went well. Dr Farr is the best!

The Physical Therapy Department at Twin Palms Orthopedics is absolutely outstanding! The incredible team of Rosie, Corby, and Martha create such a welcoming environment — they make you feel right at home from the very first greeting, always with a genuine smile. Following my right shoulder arthroscopy with rotator cuff repair, Subacromial Decompression (SCD), Superior Labrum Anterior Posterior (SLAP) repair, and Mumford procedure, their professionalism, encouragement, and personalized approach made all the difference in my recovery journey. They ensured that my rehabilitation progressed at a pace that was both productive and safe — challenging when it needed to be, yet never unnecessarily painful. Their dedication to patient care truly sets them apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me on the road to recovery! Highly recommend!

Doctor was running 45 minutes late for my 2:30 appt. All of the staff is polite and helpful.

Runnn!!!!!!! I had a very bad experience with Dr Farr. He did my first knee replacement two times in 2010 and then he went back in the same knee in 2011 and 2012 and it has come a loose again and he doesn’t care nothing about Hippa law, he told another patient of his that it owed him money and that’s why he stopped seeing me. Which isn’t true!!

Twin Palms Orthopedic office AND Physical Therapy office are fantastic. My knee replacement surgery went exceedingly well. Because of Dr. Farr’s expert skills, I recovered quicker than I ever expected. The office staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The Physical Therapy staff is excellent. They are skilled, knowledgeable and are awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Farr and his staff.

My first appointment was very impressive with a short wait time in the lobby and within in a few minutes I saw Dr Farr who immediately made me feel comfortable and put me at ease about my upcoming knee surgery. I definitely recommend Dr Farr!
