Dr. Machado is without any doubt the most caring and efficient Doctor In our network. I would not change her for anyone. She means so much to me I had my husband see her as well.

Dr. M is great at what she does but her front office staff are the rudest I have ever dealt with! I’m a Medical Assistant of 23 years and an office manager and if I had staff that spoke to patients that way they’d be out of a job!! It’s really unfortunate to have such ugly Front office staff because they’re the ones that see patients see first and are supposed to greet them in a courteous, polite and caring manner! Not with attitude and not act as if everything patient asks at days is a bother to the staff! Dr. M you need new front office staff!

She barred me from VIP because of a disagreement we had more than a year ago. Now I can't get into see the doctor I had before her at a different facility. Don't dare disagree with Dr. M because she blackballs you from VIP Care. How wonderful Florida medical care in Ocala, FL>.

"YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT THAT MASK ON BEFORE YOU CAME IN THE DOOR!" These were the initial and overtly agitated words I was greeted with by the lady behind the glass with the angry eyes. I'm a 63 year old disabled senior and had a dirty mask in my left hand, my phone and a large bag of medication in my right hand. Saw a brand new box of masks on my left and was attempting to retrieve on when the lady continued to frantically motion at me to "mask up." I did so and proceeded to the window, albeit somewhat cautiously. After a moment I apologized the the lady. I gave her my meds and again apologized. She did not reciprocate, which, as I sat down to fill out my paperwork for this, my INITIAL VISIT, really bothered me. I refuse to be disrespected like that. I calmly walked up, asked for my medication in a quiet and respectful tone, and left. Before I had driven 10 miles the office was calling to question me about whether I had called my insurance, etc...

Dr Machado has been guarding my health for almost two years. The first thing you notice is the fact that Dr Machado herself is the person who treats you. Not a nurse practitioner as many places do. Second they are there for you around the clock. If you are another Medicare patient like me you will be impressed with insurance expertise. Her office staff is the best.

Dr. Veronica Machado and Her Staff have always treated me with the best care, professionalism, courtesy, and upmost respect! She is very upfront and will let you know what you are doing wrong and right concerning your health with a beautiful smile! She makes you feel so loved by her! I would recommend Dr. Machado as a Primary Doctor to Everyone, Especially Senior Citizens like Me!
