Dr.Mahmood is very caring, he explains exactly what he is going to do and how everything will work. I had a reverse shoulder replacement and I have to say I was a little scared going into this. I am an avid Pickleball player and I’m not ready to give up playing. Dr.Mahmood reassured me that I would play again and I am now back out on the courts with all my friends and enjoying the sport that I love!! He and his whole staff are terrific!

Recently had Trigger Finger Release procedure done by Dr. Mahmood in TOI Surgery Center. From the time I walked in to the time I left the staff, Drs Mahmood and Larsen were nothing but the best.

It has been a pleasure since day one. From scheduling appointments, to surgery scheduling, to surgery day and follow up. I cannot say enough positive things about The Orthopedic Institute and Dr. Mahmood, Dr. Key and everyone I’ve come into contact with.

Having diagnosed myself with trigger finger, I started looking for a orthopedic hand doctor. I found Dr Mahmood at the Orthopedic Institute in Ocala. He was very pleasant and verified my problem. He didn't try to push me into anything, he just gave me my options and left it up to me to decide. He told me that when and if I was having pain, just to call and we can go from there. He will definitely be my hand doctor!

Dr. Mahmood treated me for a lump on my arm. Everyone thought it was a cyst. He said it was a lypoma. He sent me for an MRI. I haven't finished this treatment, but I can say that he is very professional and courteous. He is another member of a great team of doctors.
