Not good. The front office receptionist was rude . Not very polite or attentive upon entrance. The person that performed the X-ray was awesome but the dentist person seemed in a hurry and was moving and talking too fast. Felt more pressure from him than help and understanding. Will not go back again

I am beyond petrified of the dentist…to the point where I break down and cry. I can’t even stay seated in the dentist’s chair, I have to stand to talk to them. When I walked into their facility, there was something very different from other dentist offices. There was a happy bustle and a lot of laughter. While my anxiety level still remained very high and I cried in my fiancé’s arms, I know it’s going to be ok and I will be back to complete the needed work. Will my fears be calmed in one or two visits; most likely not. However, this is a place that makes me feel safe enough to try. Casey is above and beyond the BEST dental assistant and promised to be with me at every single visit. For someone who is petrified of the dentist, I strongly recommend this place!

I like the Dr. He is very pleasant. I feel comfortable there. The woman in the front desk are nice . I like that I don't have to wait an hour before being seen. Also they charge for everything. It's separate for x-ray for a post for the implant. for the cover for the post. It should be one fee for the implant and the cover that would go over it to protect it. I guess it's a business and that's how they make extra money. The only thing is I'm doing an implant and you have to wait 6 months before they put in the tooth. It seem to long to wait. I'm thinking if I'm going to get an infection it would be in the first month. It's been 4 months now. I may have to think about if I will want to wait 6 months to get an implant.

They are a complete joke. Offer one price then tell you that you have to purchase a package. I came in to get the same day dentures. They refused unless I bought a package plan, which was double the original pricewas

I called the office in a panic because I had lost a front tooth off of a partial plate. I was immediately given an appointment but unfortunately they were not able to fix a prior partial from 10 years ago. however the staff was so generous they did adjust my bottom plate which I did have there was just having little issues with which should have cost me an adjustment fee but however she did fix it to make it more comfortable and all that and I was so pleased and sent kisses all their way. I know the receptionist I don't know her name but she is absolutely efficient kind empathetic and really cares. This is the ocoee office on blackwood I believe. I would highly recommend

Very well satisfied. Dentures fit very well and staff was extremely nice. See you in about 5 or 6 years.
