Reception not good! I walk in 1/2 hr. Early. Signing in. Reception lady says really loud (last name). Im thinking to myself (to loud and don't want everyone in here to hear my business). Then she asks for insurance and license. I give it to her. Then she says. Do u have your dexa scan and your labs. I started to answer but before i could she was already going off in defense. You were informed. I said no i was not. I was told that i could get lab work done before or wait and they would order it. I also was never told to bring my dexa report. I said i thought u would get the reports from the dr. And i was Never told i had to bring them. She said we don't do that and that i was informed. ( Not offering any solution ) just very negative. I could see this was not going to be a good experience for me. No one should be treated rude at a dr. S. Office. I said i don't have to take this obnoxious rudeness and i said i will leave. I will not let a dr. treat me if they have staff working for them who act like this!!

Dr. Denise Carter is the best! She has a ready welcoming smile that puts one at ease right off the bat. She is attentive, proactive and knowledgeable. The office staff exhibits the same concern for their patients from the time you walk in the door. A great experience and I am already experiencing relief the day of my visit.

You can't give someone a 1 star rating just because you can't find the office! Hopefully you have found the office as Dr Carter is phenomenal. Use WAZE or GOOGLE MAPS on your phone to find the office.It is on a side street between Colonial and Old Winter Garden Rd. close to Health Central Hospital.
