I'm upset because my mammogram came back incomplete. I've never had this issue at the Winter Park location. The Occoee tech should be trained at Winter Park location because this really ruined my OBGYN appointment today because I received a letter telling me the results were void due to one breast being done incorrectly.

Honestly so perfect I normally go to Simon med for MRIs and other things of that nature. It is always absolutely awful at Simon. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. On more than one occasion,with me having an appointment I had to wait for more than 4 hours. What's the point of the appointment? The appointments for Simon are made at a call center who give miss information. Now my appointment at the hospital was polar opposite. They were professional, prompt and kind. The waiting area for a mammogram fells like your at a spa.clean ,fresh and relaxing. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I will NEVER return to Simon medical. Keep up the GREAT work. Your leadership must be amazing. Setting the expectations start at the top .Applause 👌.

Excellent care with my nursing and tech. staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The numerous doctors came by daily. I do not believe any did an examination after I was admitted. They was much blood work. Wound care came once in a four day stay. Then sent home with wrong medicine. I had a single room. Visible stains in shower and lounge chair was ripped open. Food was decent but never got my order correct. There is room for improvement and updates/ renovation. Overall I would give them a solid C if I were grading them.
