List of Bennett Rosenthal's Reviews
Could never make an appt receptionist never answers the phone. Called at least a dozen times. Had a referral faxed from my primary care doctor, and still cant get them on the phone.
I been going to Doctor Rosanthal for over 23yrs and think he is an awesome neurologist.
Dr Bennett was the worst professional Dr I have ever met. He was rude to my husband who was my advocate in the hospital as I was having Neuro issues. Put on his note I EMBELLISHED my symptoms. I asked him if he read my reports and he could not answer. Also put on his notes thst my husband was enabling me. REALLY???? He then proceeded to walk out of the room. Come back later did some tests didn’t believe me then Walked out. Said he’d be back and never came back. Total disrespectful and I will write the American medical association about him. Drs do not act like this. I don’t care if they believe or not their job is to follow through as a pro. That’s their Oath. I was so dissatisfied, disappointed as I thought we could get down to the bottom of my complex issue. Got out of there fast and moved on. My drs involved in my care took over and my Neuro ENT who is one of the kindest best drs I have ever met for inner ear complex issues took over. I now am getting out of orlando and going to John’s Hopkins. I believe this Bennett guy could not handle. He was the rudest I have met in a long time. . I would highly not recommend this Dr for your own sake and health.
Just a great Doctor. I have Dystonia and he’s the only one that’s made a difference.
One of the best whenever I’m in hospital or his office he visits to make sure I’m ok; Hes knowledgeable and ensures he is there to help and improve your situation.
Years ago, Dr. Rosenthal and his staff were the best neuro practice in central FL. Between their inconvenient office hours and having to leave multiple messages about my family member with no return call, we’ve had enough. Save yourself the headache if you don’t already have one.
Sep, 2020 I was referred to Dr. Bennett from my primary doctor. I called many times and just got their voicemail? I left two messages and no return call. After reading all the negative reviews I have moved on to another doctor as this one obviously is not professional. This has extended my symptoms as it has delayed my efforts of securing a good Neurology doctor. TS, 9.2.20
I went with pain in back and down my leg. He said it was sciatica and I was getting old. He could give me shots or send me to therapy. I chose therapy which I suffered through for 2 weeks and then found a new Dr. After MRI I had a herniated disc-surgery and I am great now!.
Call this Dr's office on behalf of my mother. First couple of times, I was referred to a voicemail. Once I finally got a person on the line, I could not believe the rudeness of the woman who answered the call. She was so abrupt and dismissive. Advised me that my mother's insurance was not accepted when the MD's name is listed on her insurance. Dr. Bennett himself might be a great Doctor but he has a very unprofessional group representing him from reading the reviews (and my brief experience).. He needs to revise how he is being presented .
I've been his patient for a few years now and always have felt that he has treated me very well. He listens to what I've had to say and made sound professional opinions regarding my epilepsy and prescriptions. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great neurologist with professionalism.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
