This has been my go-to facility for situations that need immediate attention, but not serious enough for a hospital, for years. Their service is great, and covered on my Insurance. So, when I fell at work, it was just my go-to facility for a Workers' Comp visit. They X-Ray'd my hip, and no fractures! Treated my scraped knee, and I get to come back in a week for a check-up. Care Spot is the best!

Sitting in car waiting for a scheduled appointment and they're taken walkins for appointments before scheduled appointments. Who in the heck is managing this place?

Shelly was awesome, thorough and informative. I go here instead of my GP, I highly recommend and congrats to the management and the workers, your doing a great job in a very tough field, especially these days! I got in here sooner than my GP could get me in, I recommend making an appt as they are crazy busy like everyone else.

Lady at front was VERY RUDE, if you don't like your job then find another 1. She was a new lady never seen her before at this location. Went there on 08/23/2021 @ 9am just 2 do my son ECG/ physical. She asking in front of every1 y r u here. When I booked appointment I selected y I am here. I didn't know u ask questions like that infront of other people in waiting area. I could have came for something else that was very private and didn't want the whole waiting room to know y I was there. Customer services SUCKS

Went in for a follow up walk-in covid test. Receptionist said they weren’t taking walk ins . Which is fine . Went to look up for information on where I can go to do a walk in and receptionist was super rude And disrespectful. Which is a shame because I’ve been here before and had no issues.
