Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is my first doctor with them was great but is now retired. Long story short the last doctor who saw me after my most recent ultrasound gave me an incorrect diagnosis. Claimed what I was complaining about in my thigh was not a clot. Didn't know or really care what else it was but said it wasn't a clot. Well months later and now it's a huge ball type mass with other complications now a fresh ultrasound and review says otherwise. I was also told a few times when I called prior times leading up to this, wanting more care that my insurance no longer covered procedures. Also found that out to be false but probably explains why they haven't seemed interested in even trying to work out a plan for continuing care. Anyways the main concern is a careless inaccurate diagnosis that has now led to extreme discomfort and further complications that could have been avoided!

Dr Horowitz and staff were exceptional. I had spider veins and they were able to identify the cause and eliminate all the unsightly veins. Very professional and managed all insurance paperwork to save me money.

I had multiple procedures (laser treatments and phlebectomy) and everything went smoothly. Then after seven procedures I was told I needed to get injections to finish the treatments. I was never made aware of the injections or the additional cost when I first met with Dr. Horowitz. After two injection treatments from Paige, multiple new veins appeared all over my leg and foot. My legs now look worse then before any of the procedures began. I have already spent thousands of dollars and now have more issues then when I started. I was told after the issues appeared that the injections can cause new veins to appear and then they would need to treat them. There is no way I would have got injections if I would have known it would possibly cause more issues and more money to treat. I have already spent three months getting procedures done and feel like I have wasted my time and money. Update: Dr. Horowitz met with me and I decided to continue with treatment. He worked to make sure I was satisfied with the new results. I was happy with his concern, explanation and willingness to fix my dissatisfaction.

Had an ultra sound in the Ocoee office on 3/2.. the young lady doing it couldn't be any nicer... my second app was given to me for my next procedure of sclerotherapy for 3/6 over the phone on the same day l made the app for the ultrasound on 3/2 and was reminded to bring my surgical stockings for after the procedure. It was not the case at all!! paid my $40 co - pay again then waited in the back room to be told everything came out ok with ultrasound now waiting for the ok with the insurance.. they couldn't freaken tell me that over the phone.. had me drive 30 min.. paid another $40 for something they could have told me over the phone as they did in the past in the Kissimmee office?.. and once they got the ok from the insurance as a proper office procedure proceed then to call the person to set an app like in the in the Kissimmee office.. but no!!! That was not the case with the intelligent staff in Ocoee.. Shows the stupidity and lack of common sense from that incompetent staff.. lm so embarrassed for them right now.. $40 down the toilet for something that could have been said over the phone.. there's just no excuse for this stupidity.

Dr Horowitz and his staff are the best. Dr Horowitz and his PA Paige have been treating my venous insufficiency for a few years and the results are remarkable. His procedures are state of the art and non invasive which are preferable. I would recommend him too any patient that is looking for treatment for lower extremity circulatory issues. Thank you for that you have done for me over the years.

This office is the FRIENDLIEST of any Dr's office that I have been in. Mr Jason is the best assistant to Dr Horawitz. He has an amazing bedside manner ever. His personality is awesome, he jokes with you like you both have known each other for ever. And Dr Horawitz is an amazing Dr that deals with your veins. And what I love the most is that they don't make you feel stupid for asking a question or to get clarification on something you don't know about. I just can't say enough about this office & the entire staff. THANK YOU ALL. Lauralee Fuller

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Horowitz and his stuff. Everyone is so friendly, understanding and professional. They are always with a good spirit and a smile. Treating my veins was the best decision I have ever made. My veins were not painful but I really did not like their appearance. Apparently my condition was pretty severe in both feet. The results are mazing!!! Don't hesitate and treat your veins. Treatment can be longer or shorter, depends on your condition, but it's worth the time and effort. Thanks a bunch everyone.
