In May Dr Cox replaced both of my knees. I was very determined to get back to my active lifestyle. It's been 5 months since my replacements and I am beyond happy! Dr Cox and Joy were loaded with information to which I put to good use. My surgery and recovery went so well that I am back to visiting theme parks again without limitations and pain! I'm experiencing the things that bring me joy again. I'm so glad I had such a wonderful doctor and team to help me get my life back. Everyone in this office was wonderful!

A family member saw Dr cox and have seen these Dr's foe years and nothing but great things to say about them. BUT, that front desk staff are the rudest ever! We almost walked out just from the interaction with specifically one lady up there! RUDE! Hope the eventually fix this! Front desk is like front lines of any business! Should be top priority to make customer feel welcome!

This physician is extraordinary. Kind, knowledgeable and THE BEST.

Dr William Cox has been a life saver for me. He replaced my left hip in November of 2018 and replaced my right hip January of this year. For the first time in many years I don't have any pain. I am exercising regularly now and feel much better. I also have lost 30 pound's because I can move without hurting. I would and have recommended Dr Cox for any orthopedic issues you have.

Doctor was nice but the front desk girl named Chelsea was very rude ? She ask to hold my credit card intill my appointment was over , I even politely asked If I had to pay before being seen by the Doctor. I never in my life been treated like a thief or discriminated for my color , therefore I have NEVER had to pay before seeing my doctor , it was always after NOR any front desk has never asked me To " hold my credit card till the end of my appointment ". Not once did I hear any other guest there being told they need to hold there credit card till the end of their appointment. And the simple fact the Doctor allows it ? I will NEVER come back here , I highly do not recommend this place go somewhere else !

I have been seeing Dr. COX for over 4 years actually had 3 surgeries and he and wife Mrs. JOY are beautiful people. However the billing office and staff are the rudest people . ever had

My 17 yr old son came to Dr. Cox having torn his ACL on his left knee. Everyone that I talked to - friends-friends of friends- nurses at Health Central during a stay there for myself-all had great things to say about him. We loved him! Very professional & everything from the initial visit through months of post-surgery visits went well. His wife fills in at times helping with patients & was just as lovely. I think what impressed me the most was his care & compassion when he came out post-surgery to update me on how my son’s surgery went. He made an awful situation go much smoother for us.

8 Days ago Dr W. Kevin Cox literally gave me back my life and my peace. I suffered for 4 years with a seriously deteriorated right hip. I lived in extreme pain without any relief from injections or painkillers, but overwhelming fear kept me from having it done. I read up constantly on hip replacement methods, spoke with dozens of friends, family and strangers about their experiences, and drove myself nuts with internet research. I finally gave in and Dr Cox did a Makoplasty procedure on 3/15/2021. When I awoke from the procedure I was in rediculous pain. I was sleep deprived and nervous. When I saw the incision I was horrified. The operation was not what I expected. A few days later, I realized what a wonderful job Dr Cox did. I was completely relieved that I was so wrong. My scar will fade (I am sure I over reacted). I can walk with very little assistance from my walker. What is more important is I am walking without pain . My legs ARE the same length, as far as I can tell. My limp and lopsided gate is gone and my physical therapist says I am quite advanced in my recovery. I am 66 years old and I am almost back to where I was before this started in 2017. Dr Cox and his staff were outstanding, kind and completely patient with me. Lesson learned? Don’t drive yourself crazy with other people’s experience. I did and it kept me from getting the relief I needed. Thank you Dr Cox and all your staff. Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude. You are a miracle worker!

Dr. Cox did a full knee replacement for me about 6 months ago. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend him!

I have seen Dr. Cox twice for a recurring elbow issue. I have found his office to be super friendly and quick. I have never been there more than a half an hour total. Dr. Cox is friendly and funny and seems very knowledgeable. He has helped me get rid of the pain both times. I will definitely continue to see him for any other issues I might have. Recommended.
