Doctor misdiagnosed three times. He ignored all symptoms and family medical history reported to him. He forced patients to return every 2 months or so before he would renew prescriptions. He recommended invasive exams w no symptoms. I do NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr BC and his staff are exceptional. As a fellow physician, I am beyond impressed with the level of care, dedication and amount of time that both Dr BC and his staff spend with me. It is no accident that he does not take new patients as people are literally on a waiting list He is both erudite and compassionate. I am fortunate to have him as my physician.

Doctors office pushed and coerced patient into unnecessary office appointments before test results were available causing patient to reschedule multiple unnecessary appointments.

I have been going to Dr. BC for 25 years. I love him and his office staff. They are the best. Sandi is so great with getting you in as soon as possible when you’re sick. Best Doctor and staff ever.

Dr BC contacted my insurance about a different drug that my insurance did not won’t to cover. He fought for me and won! He truly cares for the well being of his patients. He is the Best!!!

If you have common illness the knowledge is good. Anything out of the normal will require many unnecessary tests and unnecessary invasive procedures. Doctor does not listen to patients symptoms and has a checklist of unnecessary tests to run up bills.

Shame that Dr. BC who is a thorough and kind doctor is surrounded by such an abrupt and rude staff. Simply asked for an RX refill for only 3 weeks (while awaiting my annual physical coming up/scheduled ) and I was lectured in the rudest way that it was impossible to refill. When I simply asked if an exception could be made for just a three weekly supply or the other doctor at the practice could review my chart (as Dr. BC was on vacation) the nurse/receptionist became impatient and said it was impossible (not offering ANY solution). When I defended myself and asked them to treat me as a patient/help me with options, the woman Donna literally said "ok, buh bye, hanging up now" and HUNG UP on me. I don't care how frustrated you are (which mine was the simplest of requests) you actually hang up on current patients? Lost me for good. Disgusting staff.

I am so happy I took my family's advice and became a patient of Dr. BC. Both my parents have been seeing him for many, many years and more recently my sister also became a patient and have raved about him. He is absolutely the best primary physician you are ever going to find. It is so awesome to find a place where everyone is so friendly and efficient.
