Love the doctor he’s very down to earth but his office staff is useless. Had a visit on Monday. I was told I would receive a phone call on Wednesday from the staff yo set up a test but no phone call, left them a message on Thursday, and it’s now Friday and still no call back.

Dr. Arangorin and his staff are very friendly and helpful for all my needs and actually will take the time to explain something that I may not understand. I have never felt rush out.

These days, very few doctors take the time to really talk to their patients and get to know the person behind the symptoms. Dr. Arangorin is that kind of physician. If you want a doctor who actually cares, give him a call.

I have been going to Dr. Arangorin for 20 years and will continue, what other Doctor gives you their cell phone? He was on vacation when I needed a refill and took time from his vacation to answer my text and send in my refill the same day! His compassion for his patient’s health is amazing! Thanks Dr. Arangorin for being the best!

I Will recommend everyone to go to Dr. Gene Arangorin, I have been going there since the 1990’s. The whole staff is great , specially Eric who is always prompt to help in anything you need. Very professional, caring compassionate. Dr. Arangorin is always there for you even answer calls from his cell, which no other doctor do. He cares about patients not money.. Love the excellent work they do. Keep up with your excellent work.❤️❤️❤️

Picking up the phone in the office has been a major problem, but if that's all the problem that I have with the md, then that's fine. He is a wonderful doctor. He listens, explain and gives referral for follow up that is needed. He is very pleasant and has a kind disposition. I will recommend anyone to him. They will not be disappointed.
