This is my first time visiting the Ocoee location of Guidewell, and I was very impressed. Check in was easy, I was seen very quickly by a doctor, they were able to do all of the testing that I needed to have done including blood work and imaging. The staff was very pleasant and I have to give a shout out to the person who drew my blood because it was one of the most painless blood draws that I have ever had done .

I believe this facility gave me expensive and unnecessary testing as a result of their ECG machine not functioning properly. The ECG indicated issues and they had to take several ECG, the technician made it seem like their machine was faulty and this is a frequent occurrence. As a result I had to undergo a two hours long blood testing for which I was billed several thousand dollars out of pocket, despite carrying platinum health insurance with Florida blue, which is the essentially the same company as guidewell, run by the same crooked CEO.I SUGGEST NOT GOING TO THIS FACILITY OR MAKING SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD ATTORNEY BEFOREHAND Summary of unnecessary tests and subsequent charges Troponin Quantitative- $1,500.00x2=3,000.00 Fibrin Degradation- $1,500 Electrocardiogram $96.82*2= 193.64 I saw a cardiologist today and my ECG was just fine. These people are crooks.

I highly recommend this place for urgent care. They were very kind , very professional and on time as well with me . Best quality service and definitely number one in my list if I ever need urgent care again .

I only waited 15 minutes before I was seen. The doctor and nurse Jasmine were great. They both had an great bedside manner. Jasmine's demeanor calmed my panic mode that I was in.
