List of Mark Brooks's Reviews
Horrible service . Discharged my husband due to a mix up on his DOB with Medicare . Too lazy to call and verify . Office lacks empathy!!
First visit as a new patient was great, however when I called to request a appointment a few months later, I was told that they had no records for me as ever being a patient of Doctor Brooks. WOW 😳
I just want to to say this office has the best referral coordinators. Denise ALWAYS goes above and beyond!!! She is very compassionate in what she does. And she ALWAYS calls you back!!! Thank you Denise for all you do. What impressed me the most about you was how you talk to and treat people with compassion and kindness!!
Unprofessional staff in general. Little interest in patient's well being.
Dr. Mark Brooks’ office might be filled with excellent, caring providers, but I wouldn’t know. It took two phone calls to make an appointment because their computers were down. When I called to confirm the appointment (because they didn’t confirm by email, text or phone), they said they didn’t have me in their computer system and I had no appointment. They rescheduled me for two weeks later and assured me everything was fine and I wouldn’t need to call to confirm. I tried to confirm anyway (a few days in advance). They said they couldn’t find that appointment “on either system” (maybe they are transitioning to a new EMR?). As soon as I explained the situation (that the first appointment had been lost), they hung up on me. When I called back and explained again to a different receptionist, they hung up on me a second time, so I gave up. The night before the appointment that they said they couldn’t find, they called after business hours to say my provider wasn’t available. Is this so bad it’s funny? It feels a little bit like a cruel joke. The way a provider’s office is run MATTERS, at least to me. I wasted three months waiting for these appointments. How does that amount to excellent care?
My first time going to Dr Brooks office but didn't see Dr Brooks.. I saw one of his PA's. Christopher Rotondo was Friendly..Helpful.. Professional and Caring. I was very happy and continue to be happy with Christopher.
Unprofessional and horrible patient service, from Chrissy , Tina and Jamie. Needed prescription since February 15 2023 , got it called in at CVS on April 13. This is after 5 emails and numerous phone calls all went unanswered. April 12, got a call from Chrissy, this is after numerous messages. She apologized for the poor and lack of communications and indicated she will take care of the situation. Since April 13 I have not heard back from Chrissy who said Dr. Brooks will be in the office for a short while on Friday (April 14) and she will try to confirm what I told her regarding my situation , if not she’ll speak to him on Monday for sure. Today is April 26th and still no reply. Left messages on April 18th for both Jamie and Chrissy still no reply as of today April 28th 2023.
They are very helpful people with any problem you mite have getting set up with your appointments, surgeries, what you mite expect and where to go for your health problems.
Had a telacall yesterday and didn't wait too long for my call with Katarina. we went over test results and she answered my questions regarding my recent bout with covid.
Professional, pleasant, informative experience with Dr. CHRIS

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
