My child has been going to this doctor since she was born 11 years ago & I don’t understand how it Changed sooo much. They need a second office because it’s too small and everyone cramped in. On top of that you’re going to be here for hourrrrssssss. They never pick up the phone EVER. It’s such a inconvenience to switch my daughter but I think the time has come. It’s so unprofessional it’s ridiculous.

Dr Saleem is rude and disrespectful and his new office staff is rude and does not pay attention to what they are doing. He's not a good doctor. Take your child elsewhere don't go there.

This must be the most unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent office I have ever been to. My child was sent for a diagnostic exam. I had to call to request results no one followed up with me, 2 weeks later I had to call again and given an appt for results because per receptionist results are in and could not be given over the phone. I arrive and then told the results were not available and the doctor decided he does not want to give results and will feel a urologist should take over the care. He also thought it was a good idea to give me lessons on their computer software and Obama care! Ended the visit with him saying it's not his fault and what could he do about it and that I should see someone at the other location because I'm driving from far anyways. So here I am with no results and have to find a urologist to give me results on a growing mass!!!!!!

I like this office and have been coming here for a very long time. I miss the P.A. Leslie as she is no longer there, but other doctors in this office work just fine. As long as my children continue to receive proper treatment nothing else matters. I will continue coming here. Receptionist is friendly too. The ladies in the back are great to talk to.

For all of you people saying bad things about my doctor is because you guys don't have a life or a responsibility so before you try to say something smart check yourselves because if they were that rude I know there would have been a few problems and btw people that I do not know who Im typing to I'm gonna show you guys what rude is since you trying to say Saleem is obviously a bad doctor so if he is 1st of all why did you visit the doctor maybe you were the one with the side affects an was feeling pain no he doesn't help childish people that comment bad on his website. 2nd of all you guys don't even have what it takes to be a pediatrician.

Saleem was very rude to my wife last time she was there, and in front of our 8-yr old, too. Very uncalled for and unprofessional.

Not very impressed with the office or nurses here. The office was very dirty and had toys laying everywhere. Every time I went the nurses wouldn’t pull the paper down and my 2 year old had to sit on a dirty bed. The only doctor I wanted to see was dr.saleem but half the time he wasn’t there. This is why I changed doctors

I took my kids here for ten years and I was shocked at the service I received from this office after Dr. Saleem opened his new apopka office. They diagnosed my infant with streped throat. I told her it wasn’t, test him and she refused to give him medicines for the coughing and other symptoms We waited for tests results for three days while my baby was in agony for them to call me to tell me it’s not strep so my son has been sick all week you gave him nothing and he is Worse than when I brought him in and that’s it a phone call. Special needs son has been coming since he was two. He is thirteen now and the older her got Dr. Salem kept recommending I put him on medicine to calm him down. Everything I brought him in for he recommended putting him on meds. At eight years old I had to ask for referral for OT PT and speech for my kid but your the doctors and you didn’t recommended that. My son could have be getting physical therapy from he was small and I blame my self for mistaking good medical care with comfort of being at the same doctor for so many years.

Dr. Saleem is overly opinionated. If your appt time is at 2 you wont be seen until 330. The young ladies in the office are great! And P.A. Ortiz is the only reason we come to this practice. As soon as she decides to go solo we are transitioning with her!
