1st I want to thank Dr Saleem and Dr Ortiz for all there hard work and years of service. The staff is always delightful and kind every time there is an issue they are quick to jump in and help out I give the doctor's and staff all 5 stars my kids have been with Dr Saleem and Dr Ortiz since the were born great place to take your kids for care... and please be patient with the doctors and staff 🙏 they will take care of u if u let them...again great place 10 thumbs up....from the Germain family

Save your kids... DON'T GO HERE. Dr Saleem needs to retire and his staff is very unprofessional. They told me it's OK for my son to play sports AFTER receiving a note from a cardiologist that his ekg was abnormal... ALL BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO LOOK INTO WHAT WAS SENT TO THEM.... If you love your kids, take them somewhere else to be treated.

1 star because of horrible lazy staff. Have been waiting for a referral to be sent since Friday, it's Wednesday. Have been calling all day and it rings until it hangs up. This has happened for years now. I don't think he's aware they're not answering the calls. More than likely turning volume down. The entire staff needs to be thrown away!

My child has been going to this doctor since she was born 11 years ago & I don’t understand how it Changed sooo much. They need a second office because it’s too small and everyone cramped in. On top of that you’re going to be here for hourrrrssssss. They never pick up the phone EVER. It’s such a inconvenience to switch my daughter but I think the time has come. It’s so unprofessional it’s ridiculous.

Dr Saleem is rude and disrespectful and his new office staff is rude and does not pay attention to what they are doing. He's not a good doctor. Take your child elsewhere don't go there.

I like this office and have been coming here for a very long time. I miss the P.A. Leslie as she is no longer there, but other doctors in this office work just fine. As long as my children continue to receive proper treatment nothing else matters. I will continue coming here. Receptionist is friendly too. The ladies in the back are great to talk to.

This must be the most unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent office I have ever been to. My child was sent for a diagnostic exam. I had to call to request results no one followed up with me, 2 weeks later I had to call again and given an appt for results because per receptionist results are in and could not be given over the phone. I arrive and then told the results were not available and the doctor decided he does not want to give results and will feel a urologist should take over the care. He also thought it was a good idea to give me lessons on their computer software and Obama care! Ended the visit with him saying it's not his fault and what could he do about it and that I should see someone at the other location because I'm driving from far anyways. So here I am with no results and have to find a urologist to give me results on a growing mass!!!!!!
