He is CRAZY!!!!!! He should not be a doctor!

If I can give office a negative star I will. Calling the office is a complete waste of time, from making appointments to getting a copy of the records there is no customer services. No one ever answer the phone, I was in hold for more than 45 minutes, no one answer the phone. I called multiple times and still no answer, i did press every options and nothing, extremely unprofessional, get a better staff

Dr. Hilwa and his staff were wonderful to my mother. Dr. Hilwa is a very kind, compassionate man. He took his time explaining the procedure and reassured my mother that everything would be ok. And thank goodness everything was. Thank you ,

I would not take my worst enemy to this man. He is a butcher to say the least. I suggest finding a urologist that is board certified.

Dr. Hilwa was very professional from start to end. He clearly explained procedure from beginning to end. Staff is great as well. Surgery was done at Dr. Phillips hospital. Highly recommend

Just had Dr. Hilwa perform a vasectomy on me. The pre-op consultation was very comfortable and professional, the procedure was performed at Dr. Phillips Hospital and went flawlessly, and my post-op care, instructions, and comfort measures have been more than adequate. I highly recommend Dr. Hilwa and his group.

Dr. Hilwa is not worthy to be called a physician. He is s butcher. Do not let him perform surgery on you.

Had a vasectomy four months ago . Everything went as planned until I had to turn in semen samples at week six and week ten . Apparently both samples that were tested both came back positive. Although I would have never found out unless I followed up with a half dozen phone calls only to have one of the medical assistants call me back and had no clue on what the dr wanted me to do next , duh you would think the next step in this simple process would be for me to give them a couple more samples . But this is ostensibly a arduous task for them , she sounded like they have never encountered this problem before . So now I am still playing the waiting game after making two more phone calls waiting for another medical assistant to let me know what my next step is. I wonder how many men that had the same procedure done through this dr is in the same boat as me , guess dr figures he got his,$26000 for operation my job is done. This is really not a knock on dr , he was very professional and would have had him do procedure with him if I had to again would have given him five stars if it were not for his lazy staff with their flippant attitudes . Having family that works in medical field I know first hand that the dr has no idea what is being communicated and does not hold anyone accountable for their actions.

Office staff sucks.
