Great place that shows genuine concern for their patients. Dr. Pham is very personable and helpful in every way. He makes you feel comfortable and explains injections process step by step. Thanks for taking care of me and my wife.
This is the WORST PLACE EVER. I rushed from teaching my students to make it here before 4pm (like they told my husband) to drop my mom's referral and the place is already closed! They are supposed to be open till 4pm. On top of this, they have canceled on my mom several times the day of. AVOID THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WON'T LET YOU SWITCH OFFICES ONCE YOU'RE IN THEIR SYSTEM.
They are ok with rx but only minimal regardless of other issues. Will not talk about alternatives until they are ready. Dr recommended I find another Dr if I felt the need for additional support.
This place is TERRIBLE!!! I only stayed as long as I because it's 5 minutes away from my house. The new Dr ((Dr. Pham) (there's a different/new dr monthly) You never know who you're going to see, is a pompous arrogant little man with Dr's napoleon syndrome. Lol. I mean really. I felt like I was in the principal's office. He didn't want me to speak. He basically to let me know they wouldn't be seeing me as a patient anymore which is ironic because I'd just told the receptionist that I think it's time to find somewhere else to go. I'm not sure what's going on at this place, but I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't shut down soon. The doctors are leaving. They can't get anyone to stay. The only one that is sticking around is Dr. Raul. He seems nice. They're constantly messing up appointments. The came in and they said his appointment is tomorrow but he had a card that said it was for today. They couldn't care less. Too bad was their attitude. Happened to me last week and several times before. I wouldn't recommend this place to a half dead dog. They're honestly just there to push pills epidurals and make money. I didn't get to express my pain level last month or this month because they were stuck on telling me I had alcohol in my system but no oxycodone. So what's the problem.? I personally believe there's some kind of cover up going on. The truth shall rise to the top in Jesus's name. Glad I'm no longer a patient. God knows best 👌🏾 BTW...LYN IS THE BEST ASSISTANT THEY'VE EVER HAD SINCE I'VE BEEN GOING THERE AND I'VE BEEN GOING FOR YRS.
I would like to thank the sweet lady at the front desk I didn't get her name I will I want to thank Dr Pham and Lynn for being so Amazing God Bless you all 🩷
"Great service the staff and doctor are very nice!"
Dr. Kluth is AMAZING. He is so caring and knowledgeable. If you want to be CARED for, this is who you see.
Staff was professional and Doctor was outstanding!
I really don’t think you’d want me to leave my review here.
Dr Kluth accurately diagnosed the true source of my pain. (The neurosurgeon missed it.) He provided an appropriate treatment, and as a result that source of pain is virtually gone. I found him to be energetic, personable and professional, with an interest in his patient and a true desire to help. I would highly recommend his services.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
