Dr Nimesh Dayal is outstanding, The staff knows me when I walk in . I have had wonderful help from everyone and I would say my aches and pains are going away. I used to ache getting out of bed. Everybody is different as far as our immune system and bodies. Some things work for people and some things don’t. He is at his best with knowledge, research, care, and taking the time to listen. A lot of times older people do not exercise, which is one of the main reasons the Arthritis feels awful, or gets worse. He does have a lot of patience and a lot of patients because he’s that good. The front desk is busy with phone calls and scheduling.

Extremely poor communications. No answers to anything. Problem is with the staff. Leave messages with no reply. Told to text and still no reply.

Refused to help me claimed by positive AnA was false negative even though numbers have been climbing. Yelled at me when I asked questions and wanted help figuring out what is wrong with me. Literally walked out of my exam room yelling at me!

NEW CLIENT-MY WIFE WAS IN SERIOUS PAIN , THEY GAVE US AN APPT. FOR THE NEXT DAY. DR DAYAL AND HIS STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL, IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED HER ISSUE. HOPEFULLY SHE IS ON HER WAY TO RECOVERY.

My GP referred me to Dr Dayal for gout treatment. I was immediately assigned to a nurse practitioner only several years out of school. She spent most of that time at a clinic advising post birthing issues. I was given a drug to take for several months that it is recommended to take for only several days. It caused a serious anemia problem that the doctor or practitioner never attempted to rectify. I found another rheumatologist who immediately ordered labs and recommended that I stop taking the drug. My health returned to normal. Dr Dayal is likely competent but his nurse has little experience in rheumatology. If you need a specialist, this is not the place to go. A general practitioner can do much better.

If you need a doctor, don't go to this practitioner because he will assign you to his unqualified nurse tor treatment.

I have gout and was referred to the Arthritis Ctr by my GP. I was 'assigned" to a Nurse Practitioner who had little training or experience in treating gout. My GP is more experienced with this condition than does the nurse that was seeing me. I would be better off having my GP treat my condition. The Dr specialist was not actively involved in my care. I developed anemia as a result of the medications they prescribed and they never recognized the problem. I will never go back there for any medical issues.

After having been to several specialists in the past few years, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience. From making the appointment to the communication from all staff to Dr Dayal listening to my concerns. I highly recommend!

Terrible. Went to my first visit, Dr Dayal had me do blood work, came back positive for an autoimmune, then made me come in for TWO separate visits to do a sonogram of my hands & feet respectively, and then proceeds to tell me that I have nothing wrong with me and it’s just fibromyalgia and that I don’t need to come in again. Went and got a second opinion and now I’m being treated for lupus. Not to mention the office staff is horrible and can’t get anyone on the phone for days on end.
