Absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk staff Alaydi an a few more but Alaydi was so unwelcoming so very cold she was rude and nasty I hate the customer service from the staff I wish Dr. Sharma worked for a different company her customer service was superb she actually care about the customer. The front desk a bunch of bad vibes.

I’ve been going there to this place for quite a few years, but now I’m getting tired of their nonsense mistakes. Two years ago they never called me to pickup my glasses. When I called to find out about my glasses, they have told me they lost in transit. Now today 1/31/23 I’m very frustrated I went to pickup my son’s glasses, they gave my son a totally different frame from what he chose and paid for. They told me wrong sticker was placed on the frame my son chose. Instead of giving me an apology, the staff along with the manager were very rude to me like I was the one that made the mistake. They need to get their stuff together and organize.
