List of Orlando Health Health Central Hospital Er's Reviews
First visit he wasn't diagnosed correctly. ( my 18 yo son)Move forward a few weeks. They found 8 gall stones. Gave him meds and sent us home. Meds wore off and he was in severe pain again. Another hospital that night. His liver elevated he is in surgery now. If the doctors would have initially listened to the patient instead of rushing us out this could have been avoided.
Doctor said I needed an MRI to find out what was wrong with me. That would be the only way to find out but instead he gave me a whole bunch of pills get blood work sent me home why did he did not do the MRI that not the first time I had a bad experience few months before that the nurse and all the other nurse were talking about me and what's WAS wrong with me and laughing and joking about me being there and joking about other patients.
On 9/8/21, two family members were admitted following surgeries. Fifth floor care team gave outstanding service to both. Night nurse John and his male nurse counterpart were special favorites. Day nurse Keersten was a superhero. Seneca kept the rooms very clean and well stocked. New furniture since I was admitted last. Health Central has come a long way and provided two great in-patient experiences for my loved ones. Thanks to their caring and dedicated staff.
Great staff. Friendly, efficient, timely and understanding. Great first experience for my daughter after her auto accident. The nurses carefully explained her tests, medicine and routine to follow at home. Thank you.
I see that Orlando Health has only been given 2 stars. I cannot imagine why. Both my husband and I have been patients there over the past 2 years. Including surgery. And have been seen in the ER. We both have had excellent experiences. The staff are professional, and they are very attentive to your needs. Yes, it sometimes seems like it takes a long time to be seen in the ER. That is not unusual, especially during all of these months with the pandemic. They must triage in the ER. I would recommend this hospital and ER to anyone.
6 hours in the emergency room just to get an xray on the hand is ridiculous. In no universe should this take more than an hour. Its just plain indeference to people's time.
So i went to Death Central aka Orlando Health sat in ER waiting area for 6 hours to be seen do t ever go to this hospital they dont care of you are in pain or dying in fact my granny died in this shit hole of a hospital. My husband wanted to walk out so many times but bc he was in pain we stayed and still have not been seen
Staffs are very helpful and friendly
Very uncaring staff on my last visit.
Over 8hrs wait at the ER, male receptionist is not very nice, people sleeping on the floor and causing public disturbance and they don't remove the individual. First time here, never again. The triage nurse was the only nice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
