I will recommend Dr Imbert, been seeing him for 15 years.
When calling & listening to the message, pressing 1 to make an appt does nothing. I can’t get thru by pressing 2 either. Impossible to get thru via my cell phone. So frustrating. I am a long time patient of Dr. Imbert.
Knowledgeable man with good intentions. Never rushes me out of his office and answers all my questions clearly because he is so knowledgeable of his field. Plus its a clean place and nice desk staff. Highly recommend him and he was highly recommended to me by a close friend. And no, he doesn't push meds...
He listened to me very carefully, Obtained my medical history from my primary doctor and I gave him a list of all prescriptions medications before he did anything. I can honestly say that I have felt better than I have for years. I have been Dr. Imbert’s patient for about five years now and I find him very professional and very easy to talk to. His office staff is friendly and very efficient. I could not ask for anything more.
I have been a patient of Dr. Imbert's for 15 years. We first met in the emergency room when I was suffering from severe depression and anxiety and tormented with intrusive thoughts. After years of suffering, Dr. Imbert knew how to treat me immediately - he asked the right questions and put me on a dosage that gave me relief within weeks. He was comforting, understanding, nonjudgmental and kind. He gave me hope when I felt there was none. He put me on the correct medication. Along with cognitive behavioral therapy and expert medication management I have had no recurrence of depression, anxiety or OCD. I look forward to our sessions and his continued encouragement and guidance. So grateful for him.
Dr. Imbert is my go to for referring clients. He is astute in his diagnoses. He does not over-medicate, and he knows the value of therapy in recovery. I cannot speak highly enough of him.
Ten years is a lot of time ...
Whenever I told him of adverse reactions to medication, he ignores what you have to say...and he tells you to continue taking it. So I requested to speak with another physician at the facility. He REFUSED to allow the transfer! So when I found a new doctor at another facility, he sent me a NASTY letter! He graduated from the Carribean University BECAUSE no other facility accepted him. EVERY other university was RIGHT!
Be warrned he is only there to push pills. He doesn't listen to concerns. I scheduled an emergency appointment for my wife and he saw her for not even 10 minutes and didn't listen or even ask why the emergency appointment. All he did was suggest she increase her dosage and sent her on her way without addressing her severe situation.
This was a first, a referred physician clearly doesn't want to take on a new patient or has the worst office staff on the planet. On first call to request new patients appointment I was told they aren't seeing anyone less than 6 weeks out. Then they call three days prior to not only cancel our new patient appointment but tell me they have No availability for remainder of the year. No offer to get us in, no sincere apology just sorry we aren't available through next 2 months or longer. And this is not for me by my teenage daughter who was referred by her counselor to seek additional help. Totally disgusted and shocked. Never have I experienced this bad of service from a professional. This is now a new low that I doubt anyone else can come close to beating. Dr. Imbert, shame on you and shame on your office staff. Just tell everyone you aren't seeing new patients like any other respectable doctor's office would do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
