His entire staff was friendly and accommodating. He is pleasant, down to earth and knowledgeable. He showed us the X-ray and explained in detail in conversational English that is easily understood, not medical technical terms. We discussed our options and chose an injection at this time, surgery to follow. He makes you feel like he cares and really listens. In fact he recalled my upcoming vacation when I went in for the procedure. Highly recommended,

Dr Cox has done my knee surgery my shoulder surgery and my wrist surgery. Kind of crazy that I needed all that but he was awesome. I had fallen and totally shattered my wrist and now it is completely healed and pain free. Now his son Dr Jake Cox has joined the practice and he is wonderful as well. I recommend this office to everyone!

I saw Dr. Cox today for my knee. I don't have a problem with the treatment I received, at least I don't yet. But that office is a super religious creepy place. Big Old Sign on the door "You don't need a mask" and I was treated like a pariah for wearing one. A doctor for religious freaks if that is what you are looking for.

In May Dr Cox replaced both of my knees. I was very determined to get back to my active lifestyle. It's been 5 months since my replacements and I am beyond happy! Dr Cox and Joy were loaded with information to which I put to good use. My surgery and recovery went so well that I am back to visiting theme parks again without limitations and pain! I'm experiencing the things that bring me joy again. I'm so glad I had such a wonderful doctor and team to help me get my life back. Everyone in this office was wonderful!

A family member saw Dr cox and have seen these Dr's foe years and nothing but great things to say about them. BUT, that front desk staff are the rudest ever! We almost walked out just from the interaction with specifically one lady up there! RUDE! Hope the eventually fix this! Front desk is like front lines of any business! Should be top priority to make customer feel welcome!

I have been seeing Dr. COX for over 4 years actually had 3 surgeries and he and wife Mrs. JOY are beautiful people. However the billing office and staff are the rudest people . ever had

the attention is very bad. People who do not speak Spanish are not supported by the staff who work here. They do not explain what we need the people who do not know the medical service. There are people who speak Spanish and do not support the immigrant. They seem to forget where they come from

Doctor was nice but the front desk girl named Chelsea was very rude ? She ask to hold my credit card intill my appointment was over , I even politely asked If I had to pay before being seen by the Doctor. I never in my life been treated like a thief or discriminated for my color , therefore I have NEVER had to pay before seeing my doctor , it was always after NOR any front desk has never asked me To " hold my credit card till the end of my appointment ". Not once did I hear any other guest there being told they need to hold there credit card till the end of their appointment. And the simple fact the Doctor allows it ? I will NEVER come back here , I highly do not recommend this place go somewhere else !
