Dr Brooks office has been our primary care facility for several years. They have helped me and my husband with some minor issues. They have assisted with my husband's kidney failure for last 3 years. Always willing to answer his questions and concerns. We are very pleased that we found this team. They are awesome.

I was very impressed with Dr. Brooks and his nurse and staff. They were competent and polite and called my medication in to the pharmacy right away.

Dr. Brooks is a very caring person and has been my doctor and my husband's doctor for several years. He is so easy to talk to and watches over our health so well. His staff is wonderful too. I like the fact that his office staff calls us every few weeks just to check on how we are doing and what we might need. This has been very helpful during the Covid pandemic.

I have been a patient of Terry Clemon's for years. Everytime I come she makes me feel like family. She listens to my concerns and educates me on what steps I need to take concerning my health. She's funny and personable and makes going to the doctor a lively experience.

Same issues as Ms Jolley. Long wait times, get placed on hold and forgotten, no results and no returned calls. I went for an exam and UTI last week. I had lab and a urine test the same day. I've made 8 calls to the office to try and obtain the result and a prescription. I've endured days of my UTI getting worse and still being dismissed. Very disappointing 😕

Tried to start as a new patient, filled out all the patient paper work. When asked about about how I felt and I replied that I had some chest congestion and sniffles, I was asked to leave their office and not come back until I tested negative for Covid, unfortunately I tested positive for Covid and was offered no help from Dr. Brooks. They did bill my insurance and was paid but I never received any assistance. By the way...I never was sick from the Covid and was even tested positive twice and still never felt ill.I did find another Doctor that cared.
