Dr. Drees along with the residing medical staff are absolutely amazing and I am so grateful to be a part of their practice. I trust my children in their care 100%, and feel so at ease during the entire process of taking them there. The office staff are more than accommodating, friendly, and professional, and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. Debbie has helped me on multiple occasions with insurance inquiries, etc., and I don’t think I could find that with any other practice. Dr. Hernandez is our children’s primary pediatrician. Our children see a few specialists regularly and I can honestly tell you that we don’t receive anywhere near the same superior treatment that we do while at Pediatric Healthcare Alliance. This past week, my son was treated for a mild staph infection on his knee, and the Suncoast Pediatric Healthcare location called to check up on him. I cannot tell you how much that meant- between broken bones, juvenile arthritis and a tonsillectomy, we have not received the same compassion from any other practitioner over the past year as we have with PHCA. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and caring pediatrician for their child.

Our experience with Dr Alicia Drees, my son pediatrician, has always been exceptional. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and truly cares about her patients. She’s amazing Every visit has been positive, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent pediatric care and someone they can trust.

Amazing doctor Dr. Drees have been the very best doctor that my child has seen in all his 11 years! Coming from a military family who moves every 3 years and has had to change doctors often! Super engaged with my kiddo and always listens to my concerns! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician!
