All of the staff at the Pediatric Surgery Center were incredible! My son is autistic and is non verbal. The Doctors and Nurses were so patient, kind, helpful and reassured me the whole time. They distracted him by rolling him into the surgery room in style, in a fun ride on push car. They took their time explaining the whole procedure process and answered all my questions. I would highly reccomend! I cannot say enough good things about them!
All of the staff at the Pediatric Surgery Center were incredible! My son is autistic and non verbal. The Doctors & Nurses were so patient, kind, helpful and informative throughout the entire procedure
So happy with how my daughter’s ear tube procedure went. In and out. Nurses were friendly and the doctor was great!
If I could give this center a 10, I would. My grandson had to have teeth removed today and being on the spectrum takes some patience. My other two had their tonsils and adenoids out in the past. Hands down to the best place around. The staff, nurses and Drs are all amazing. Thank you all so much for treating your patients and even parents and family members with so much compassion and kindness.
My son was evaluated for swollen tonsils and ultimately needed surgery. We were scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks of the consult. Leading up to the surgery they followed up with is. On the day of the surgery every step was top notch, super professional and very organized. If you want your child treated like royalty, take them here.
Super kind staff! The surgery was quick and we left very happy. If ever needed in the future, we would go here again and recommend it to family and friends :)
I’ve taken my child here twice in the last year. Each time the office has gone above and beyond to be accommodating to us. I will definitely only go here in the future, if needed.
Terrible experince. We tried to reschedule and were given a new time, we showed up and it had never been entered. The waiting room is not clearly marked and you have to go see a small sign on each of the doors to know where to go to check in. When you try to check in you will be ignored until they are ready to deal with you. I do mean ignored. The will not say, "Hi be with you in a minute" or "We'll be with you shortly" or even just make eye contact to acknowledge your presence. Instead they ignore you while you sit there in silence. Then they will be rude to you based on their mistake. Learned everything I need to know about bringing my child here by the first words out of the desk persons mouth, "Name". No "hello", or "do you have an appointment? "Did not even bother arguing, by the time we were actually acknowledge I knew this wasn't somewhere I wanted to take my child. If they don't show care and compassion when you first get there they never will. This is a business first and everything else second. I will look for doctors and staff that will treat my child as a person, not as a burden to make money from.
My young daughter came here to get adenoids and tonsils out (for sleep apnea). At first check-in was great, visually it's kid friendly (beach themed). Staff was nice while we were waiting. AFTER her surgery is a different story. Waited for doctor to come and tell me how it went. Trowbridge was friendly and said surgery went well, she kept it short. When I went back to see my child, she was crying/screaming and very confused. None of which was told to us ahead of time so we could prepare mentally. To this day my child now has an extreme phobia to any kind of doctor, why? Because she was scared and didn't want the mask on so they held her down and strapped her arms down and forced the gas mask over her face. Still having night mares with this issue, a year later (which triggered me to post this). No one, not the nurses nor Dr. Trowbridge let me know they had to do that to get her to sleep which should have been told to me after surgery. She is traumatized and when I told the nurse on our follow up call, I was basically told "well it happens and we have to do what's needed". This office practices like a fast-food chain "in and out" as quickly as possible. There is no patient understandings. A easy fix would be while we wait for surgery in those stalls (and we waited for approx an hour) 1) have an example mask for kids to try on and have the nurse go over what will happen when she walks the child back there solo. If the kid has anxiety have the parent go back there until child is put under or do open side swipes across her face (like firefighters do) with the mask and gas on to get her to breathe in the gas, calm down and then fully mask up. The dismissiveness of staff and the utter lack of empathy for my scared child undergoing surgery; I hope something changes so no other child goes through what she had to experience and still dealing with.
My daughter had surgery here and we had a great experience all around. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all very nice and caring. My daughter felt very comfortable here. The facility was very clean and organized. I would definitely reccomend this surgery center for your child.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
