I came to them with a suspicion of a broken little finger on my hand. They charged me $195 and gave me advice that I needed an orthopedic consultation and an x-ray, which was obvious. They didn't have a doctor or x-ray, and I paid $195 just for a recommendation. They charged my credit card before the consultation, which is strange for me. When I asked to give my money back because my problem was not even partially resolved, I was categorically refused. I don't recommend visiting this urgent care.

If we could give zero stars we would. Find another facility if you’re unwell. They were extremely dismissive and don’t care to actually find out why you are ill. Their policy on payments is not customer friendly either. They don’t even tell you what your office visit will cost, they take your credit card and tell you it could cost you up to 300$ and make you sign off. Will never come back

Excellent care! The NP was not only attentive to my problem, she was concerned about my Covid exposure and gave me good counsel on that as well.

Doctor told me it was not inappropriate for me to be there. Provided no coaching and continued to treat me anyhow. She asked no very few probing questions and just told me she doesn’t understand my explanation of discomfort. The entire event was uncomfortable as she seems annoyed. After checking with others, my symptoms was a perfect use of urgent care.

Very good experience. We were seen quickly, got accurate diagnosis, medication and prescription by a very efficient and caring doctor. Came here because of the TGH brand and glad we did.

Went to TGH @ 7:30 p.m. and was not seen..referred to the emergency room. The symptoms did NOT require an emergency room visit. They close at 8:00 and I believe they were ready to leave. Note: I was the only patient there. Due to poor customer service I won’t be back.

Shannon APRN and Lisa X-ray tech were amazing. They made my daughter feel heard, and didn’t rush during her exam or treatment. Great service. My only complaint is it is near impossible to get someone on the phone OR through their texting service.
