I had to go there for my 7 year old to be casted today. They failed to tell me I needed Auth. So they rescheduled for later in day with different doc so I made the Auth out to that doc and went up there just for them to say she has to see orgi. Doc can't see the other one so she has to wait all weekend until Monday to get her cast saying it's not a big deal though her arm is broke and they made the mistake and gave misinformation. So now my daughter has to suffer and me being a pregnant mom has to worry about her arm

Great explains what's going to happen and the staff are very courteous. Dr. Epstein did my wife's shoulder several years ago and was very impressed with the quality of care

Let's me say I was using a wheelchair when I first met Dr. Epstein and 3 days later I was walking with no pain.

All the staff except for the physician‘s aid who wrapped my hand was extremely rude. The physicians aide was very nice and gentle with my broken arm.
