I see where everyone is complaining about the wait time and the phone ringing and ringing... I agree that yes this can be very annoying especially when you're trying to get back to work in a timely manner. With that said... I love Dr. Bustle and Kurland! At my old pediatrician over in Royal Palm.. we never had a doctor calling after hours to answer any medical questions. Yes, the waiting around and phone issues are annoying.. and sometimes the staff can be a bit off putting due to being overwhelmed... but the doctors we see really do care about their patients.

My children have Dr. Serrena and she is such a sweet person. The nurses there are really nice too. Recommended.

I didn't even want to give this joke of a doctor's office 1 star, but it was the lowest rating possible. Staff is unbelievably rude and it's damn near impossible to get someone to answer the phone! They just let it ring and when they do answer, they act as if you are bothering them. You sit for over an hour even with an appointment and an empty waiting room. This used to be a nice office, it's sad to see how badly it's gone downhill. I saw Dr. Fred Brown as a child and he would be disgusted to have his name associated with this place!
