Dr. Groso is a kind and caring physician who doesn't rush through your appointment. He listens carefully to what you have to say. He's very knowledgeable, willing to show you the scientific data, and discuss options and alternatives in depth. He's definitely the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure to see. Pros: Talented doctor Kind and compassionate Very likeable Knowledgeable Willing to go out of his way to help you Believes in all around health Wonderful office and staff. Clean, calm, relaxing. Bilingual Professional but warm Proactive Cons: Phone situation is awful. Impossible to get through even to make an appointment. You have to leave a message and the staff will call you back, but it will be in hours or days. Referrals handled slowly by staff. Prescriptions can take several days or even weeks. It takes several calls to get things done. This is a staff problem only. The doctor, himself, is always very prompt with everything I ever needed from him.

I believe Dr. Groso is a very good doctor, he is willing to stay late to see a patient and he is very attentive to any concerns and always tries to be of help. The office is always clean and very friendly. Dr. Groso has always treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and taken great care of my health concerns and needs.

The only negative comments I see on here actually relate to the former partnership office’s busy/crabby staff. 2020 and Dr. Groso now has his own office with his wife as office manager and he is still the most caring, patient, professional doctor in Okeechobee. The office atmosphere is now friendly and comforting right down to the powder blue walls in the halls! I am an elderly diabetic renal failure amputee enrolled free at the VA but I STILL go to him as my GP on Medicare even with copays and always will.

It took him less then 6 days as my new doctor after been sick for over a year with another doctors care to find my diagnosis of LUPUS . I wish would have change doctors earlier. He care about his patients.
