He is a bit hard to understand sometimes but none the less he is outstanding! His nurse is also wonderful and does an amazing job. Reviews elsewhere say she is loud and she is but I will take someone who is loud and great at their job over someone who isn't. It is the treatment that matters most to me and not that someone maybe heard about some urinary issue I'm having because the nurse is loud in a small building. Dr. Pang is a lovely character as well and bluntly tells you like it is about your condition(s) or procedures you need but also has a sense of humor. In general he is very kind and I never feel judged or disrespected by him or his nurse. They are both on top of things that need to be done to give you the best care they possibly can. His nurse is not afraid to call up insurance for you over things and is in the patient's corner over denials and things like that while other places just tell you to do it yourself. These two are a great team and I wish more were like them!

The office was a mess and disorganized the receptionist was very loud that I was upset when she was talking sooo loud that the patients in waiting room could here my issues. I will not be returning to this office. The doctor was friendly but hard to understand.

Was very disappointed the office visit was good dr. Pang was great and the nurse was told 2 to 5 days would know from insurance company 7 days latter I called the lady said just got back from vacation will check today I'll call later today never heard a word 2 days later I call again the lady said nurse just left for the day I'll have her call you in the morning never heard a word 2 days later I call again no answer so I just left message to just forget about it I figured someone would call but I guess not sure was hoping for a better outcome like I said dr. Pang was great I guess he just doesn't know what goes on behind the scenes.

People come to a doctor for help this doctor can see u r in pain and will not give u the proper medication to help u. U ask him why and he says I might give u the wrong medication give me a break doctor ur telling me ur so lacking that u cant prescribe the right medication if that is so then what confidence can I have in any treatment u prescribe . What a joke . Making money off other peoples pain.

Dr Pang is incredible. I was seen in the emergency room for 18mm kidney stone and being a new patient with no insurance. I body for 60 miles would see me. Dr Pang seen me as a walk in the same day I called and was very caring and listened to my problems and helped me out. He is truly a blessing and one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I would recommend everyone to him.
