Avoid Worst patient care I’ve ever experienced.
I was suffering with depression and suicidal thoughts. I have a long history of depression meds and non of them worked long term, so I sought out a psychiatrist who specializes in non drug treatment and that's when I came across Dr. Sajan and TMS. I was very impressed with my initial visit with Melissa, but when I met Dr. Sajan she was rude and very dismissive. I explained me not wanting to be on medication because when I was 20 I attempted suicide by taking a handful of meds and I didn't want access to them considering I was suicidal at the time. She was very dismissive and not sympathetic. She told me well the Depression made you attempt suicide not the meds, but she can't force me to take meds. I was shocked. First of all, I never had a doctor be so unsympathetic or not compassionate. Second of all, I never once said the meds caused me to attempt suicide. She prescribed me Trintellix and when insurance need additional info before they can fill the prescription. She didn't want to do the extra leg work. Said she would just continue to give me samples. Dr. Sajan is only ever meeting with patients the initial visit and during the brain mapping for TMS. She is NEVER on time. For me, she was late 30-40 mins every brain mapping, which you only need 2 of. I did hear for other patients, she has been late close to 3 hrs, before patients are sent home because she doesn't have time. There is a high turnover rate because of Dr. Sajan. Staffers have made comments that when she's late, she says she's busy when in reality she doesn't care and she's not doing anything. The 3rd time I had the pleasure of meeting with Sajan was for my 2nd brain mapping. She was 40 mins late then I was put in one of the TMS rooms that turned out not to be set up for brain mapping, so I had to wait an extra 15 mins for the other room to become available. So, during this time, she kept stepping out to take personal phone calls. When the room became available, she started brain mapping. Half way through, she received another personal phone call. She stopped mapping and stepped out in the hallway to answer it. Brain mapping is very important in TMS and I felt completely disregarded. I voiced my concerns to Melissa and she spoke to Dr. Sajan. I was told that she said "Well, I'm the MD. If she doesn't like it, she can go someplace else." And I'm not the only patient she had that response to. I have never felt so disrespected and lack of accountability from a doctor. She would rather terminate patient contracts than fix the problem and take responsibility. So, many patients and staffers have left because of her and her husband who also works there. The only good thing about this place is the staffers. Melissa, Jessica and Nick were absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, understanding and very compassionate. If Dr. Sajan wasn't there, I would definitely go back, but I will never go back as long as she is the doctor there.

Worst Doctor Uncaring, unfriendly, should not be in a health field, doesn't listen, laughs at your suffering, removes panic attack medicines, causes panic attacks, about money, etc.
She lets her patients suffer! I hesitate to write a review for a Doctor I technically never met...... But her policies and practices represent a lack compassion, multidisciplinary, and patient-centered care. She does not take the time to meet with all her patients. I've been a H & P patient for about a year.As a medication management patient, they handle my ADHD medication. During a current shortage when my medication was out of stock ( a medication I've been taking since 2008), she prescribed an alternative. Shortly after starting the alternative I reported unhealthy side-effects, and was not working as intended and a needed to go back on my old medication. When I confirmed my medication was back in stock, and I asked to go back onto it, her response was no. I had to wait another 3 weeks until its been 30 days of the alternative medication. In the meantime, Dr. Sajan continues to let me suffer without my ADHD medication.
I've never been so flatly disrespected by a doctor before, let alone the one who is supposedly managing my mental health treatment! I've been left high and dry to unintentionally detox off of SSRIs and ADHD medication because of her poor business model. I met her for the first time on telehealth today when I've intentionally been meeting with a PA who I have a strong relationship with and she berates me and is so mean spirited because I asked about my previous provider I'd been working with. Do not use this business or doctor, they do not care about you or your wellness.

Dr. Sajan is a mean-spirited, unprofessional person and should not have a medical license. Please protect yourself and stay away from her.
Mean-Spirited & Unprofessional Stay away from this Doctor. She is an arrogant, mean-spirited, judgmental person. I am very stable at this point in my treatment and needed a new doctor. This inhumane person should not practice medicine.
Carol Bringer Have had to fight again and again to get medication that was prescribed by her. Doesn't bother signing scripts or telling patients when a drug test is due in order to receive monthly prescription. When office is called given the run around and on hold for over 10-15 minutes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
