List of Laura Muller's Reviews
I have had an extremely life changing experience with Dr Muller. She was supposed to do a simple cataract surgery on my left eye and accidentally broke the lens in my eye. She hired Dr Dana Depris to try to repair it. It was improving but then she prescribed drops which I used just as she said but the first time I used them I felt my optic nerve aching through the entire night. My vision in that eye was disappearing. When I went to see her with the drops she realized what had happened and said “What did YOU do?” I was shocked she was blaming me when she had prescribed the drops that destroyed my optic nerve. She kept the drops and would never give me the name. Since then I have had another surger on the eye ; however Dr Depris’ PA showed me how the optic nerve is nearly destroyed. My life has changed. I can hardly see out of my left eye and can no longer drive which is a huge loss. I still have to work but must work from home. I order books now for the nearly blind and sometimes have pains in the left side around the optic nerve. I still believe she is a nice person who made two very very serious mistakes that changed my life and made it so much more difficult. Regretfully Diana
Very thorough and knowledgeable staff and doctor. Wait can be long at times.
Very updated equipment & professional. Excellent experience! Exam very Thorough and efficient
Dr. Muller is excellent, just excellent. I have been seeing Dr. Muller for years and she is an extremely smart and conscientious doctor. If you want the best, look no further than Dr. Muller.
Very friendly staff, very professional
Friendly, knowledge and helpful staff. Dr Mueller has been very supportive through my cataract surgery. Very seem less prep and procedure. I was kept informed and all my questions answered during healing.
Went here because my regular eye doctor was out of town and Dr. Muller was recommended on his message. I thought my eye lid was infected and that’s all I went there for. I waited a really long time and was shuffled back and forth having no idea what they were doing. It turns out they gave me an array of different tests I did not need and I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Got a prescription for my eye lid and was charged hundreds of dollars for tests I did not request or need. My regular doctor does all that. Impossible to get the situation resolved. The office manager was not pleasant. I feel like they really took advantage of an old lady. (This was written for my 97 year old mother.)
Avoid this place .Worst system ever!I had a 10:45 appointment on Tuesday. My husband was waiting in the car.I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment I have been a patient there for three years. After waiting in the room for 45 minutes I opened the door to see if they forgot about me.I was told it would be another 10 minutes.Fifteen minutes later someone came in and said it would be another 15 minutes more.On top of all that I gave my insurance info to them twice. They kept telling me they didn’t have it.Front desk is useless and so is this office.I left and will never return.
Dr. Mueller is either Bi-polar or she hits the sauce, not very personable and very irritable upon seeing her first, I have cataracts and upon my second visit she acted like she had never met me and insisted she had never seen me before, staff showed her my chart and she dropped the subject, 3rd visit she though i was there for something other then what she had been seeing me for, perhaps she is just loosing her mind, started going to another Eye doctor. Avoid this Dr.
I had an appt to check my vision with DR Muller. No issue. I then got Refracted to check my Glasses Rx. Went with the new Rx to the in house optical appt and ordered new lenses. Ended up with 3 sets of lenses and 2 new frames. When I piced up the first pair I was unable to see clearly. The Optical dept staff person said the glasses were perfect and I just neede to get used to them. I tried but a wrong Rx is a wrong Rx. I came back and still they insisted everything was right even checked the Rx and said it was correct. I left and took the glasses to my reg Optomotrist. The lenses were in fact not per the RX. and The Bifocal was too high as I had complained. I made a refraction appt with my optomotrist and the Rx she made corrects my vision for distance, Reading and my astig. I called to take the glasses back for adjustment and was told my Acct was locked and they would call me back next week. This is about two months now since I first ordered glasses. Still forced to wear an old pair. And I assume because I complained the DRT sent a letter saying she is dropping me as a patient. Mind you two frames one of which was free and three sets of lenses cost over $900. I must wait for a call to see what they will do. I offered to pay for the frames and return the lenses. No response except no.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
