We were there this morning for a well child visit, which was scheduled at 7:30. My son and I sat in the waiting room until 8:00, at which we were brought back to a room by the nurse. We then waited another 20 minutes to see the doctor, so nearly a full hour from our appointment time. When the doctor finally made it (after I went to the front desk to ask what was going on) she was probably in there for 5 minutes tops! Yes, it was a well visit, and no I didn’t have any concerns about my son, but waiting that long at what I assume was one of the first visits of the day was outrageous. I’m not sure how much longer it would have been had I not stepped out of the room to ask someone, and after I did I could hear whispering outside of our room about us. I can’t account for what was said, but likely not favorable. The whole incident caused my son to be late for school, and me to be late for work. We didn’t get any sort of apology other than “it’s a busy time of year” and “there was only one nurse today”. I don’t see us going back to that office. From what I hear, the office in Clearwater does not have this issue. We’ve waited before, but never this long.

Fantastic! I went here as a kid and both of my kids have gone since the first was born 10 years ago. Everyone is amazing, knowledgeable, kind, and professional.

We are new patients and have been extremely pleased with the care at the Oldsmar location. We left our previous pediatric practice given relocation after 13 years. Thank you to the Oldsmar team for a seamless transition.

Don't want to give them a 5 star rating only because I want to keep them a secret. But honestly we have been going there since day 3 of our first born life and I couldn't be happier. All 3 doctors are knowledgeable and caring and personable.

Forcing vaccines on children regardless of their medical history. This practice will not allow you to have an appointment to review your child's medical history to help you determine if vaccines are safe for your child in particular. They will make you agree over the phone that you will be getting all vaccines regardless of your concerns before giving you an appointment. It's a shame we do this to our children though as an adult you may have any appointment anywhere regardless of vaccine status. You are disgusting.
