Wow...if I could give a negative I would I just called to make an appointment new patient. First the receptionist answered VERY rudely and abruptly I said I needed to make an appointment she said new patient? I responded yes Well you hafta call back on Thursday We are too busy to take calls on Monday Tuesday or Weds for new patients so you have to call back on Thursday Well I dont think I will be calling back on Sat Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu or Fri. If you are a new patient make sure you call on THURSDAY

The Dr is extremely nice and easy to work with. The lady at the front desk window is rude and obnoxious. For this reason I will not go back. I have had to deal with her twice now with the same experience both times.

Long appt waits. You will easily spend an hour waiting in the room. My last visit I was checking out and one of the front desk ladies is all frustrated and asked the other to See what that guys wants. Hes just staring at me... then she gets a phone call and mutters these freakn people. Super unprofessional.

Very conscientious and caring doctor. I have Central and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. He reviews the data my BiPAP provides carefully and informs me on all aspects of my treatment progress. He is open to my suggestions on trying different interfaces and notifies my DME that I need a new mask before I leave his office. He solved my middle of the night terrible headaches by adding Oxygen to my treatment. I sleep much better now and dont die when I stop breathing.

On 1116... call Dr. Linares office. The asistance Ruthi told me that Dr. is in the Network with my Insurance BlueCrosBlueShield. Waiting time is over 1h and 30mins before u see the doctor. 1st and 2nd visit payed my copay.. 3rd visit the assistant Ruth told me that I owe the clinic $ 310.00. CALLED my insurance and there was a deductable charge to me because the Dr.Linares IS NOT IN THE NETWORK with my Insurance. I Summited a claim and I found that the asistant never called. Want my money back
