I am a patient at TGHMG and they recommend TGH to me for everything so scheduled my last two appointments at this location instead of at Bay Care. I always schedule an appointment ahead of time and was able to schedule this one online. I now have an account on their website so set the appointment, uploaded by Dr's script and filled out all of my pre-check paperwork. I arrived early as asked and when not called 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time checked in again with the desk. . They shared there was an equipment issue but nothing was said to me about a delay when I arrived. must have been a while as there were people still waiting ahead of me. This isn't the first issue as a similar thing happened at my initial appointment. I arrived and was told the technician was out sick and no one else there who could perform that test. I asked why I wasn't called as took off work for this and explained as an oversight as they were calling people to inform them but somehow missed me and the other morning appointments. Test Results timeframe is mixed. First step had results in a few days, most recent still waiting and about 3 weeks out. Positives are that the women who work the desk are nice and efficient. The technicians are a mixed bag. The place is generally clean but a bit run down but does have a large screen tv in the waiting room to watch while waiting and sufficient seating. Think I may try another location or one last chance before changing as experience was not as good as going to Daycare.

Very refreshing they were ahead of scheduled time

No one ever answers phone, I tried 2 days. Then I finally hit that this was related to a car accident, and bingo the answered quickly, it’s sad that this would put a lawsuit 1st. If I didn’t need the disk today would definitely be going to palm harbor mri

I have had several tests done at this facility. The people that schedule are amazing, the staff at this location is amazing technicians are amazing. I have zero complaints and would highly recommend Tower

Very poor communication Made appointment online, got confirmation for appointment and several text messages confirming appointment. Showed up to my 3:45 confirmed appointment and I was told they had no record of the appointment. Showed the confirmation email and text messages. Apology was provided and IT was blamed for issues however, now appointment has to be rescheduled after fasting all day. Dr appointment has to be moved as well. Very disappointing level of service.

No improvement needed!!! The building was very clean. The 3 receptionist at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful with answering my questions. And Kaitlyn, the person who attended to me, she Rocked!!! She has been doing her job for over 10 years and you could just tell it was her passion. She even recommended Cuban Breezes for my lunch when I left. She said I must try the Havana sauce. Thanks Kaitlyn. I usually go to the facility in Tampa, but could not get an appointment until next year. The facility in Oldsmar was definitely worth the drive.

Incredibly well organized! The entire staff is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient! I had four tests scheduled, was taken in from main waiting room in barely 5 minutes after I arrived. All four tests by four different technicians were performed effortlessly, professionally, and technicians made me feel so comfortable, it was stress free! I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing radiology exams!

Great location for diagnostic services, the wait is minimal, the lobby is clean, and the staff are always professional, especially Marianna/Marlana, xray technican
