I searched and searched for a physician who has pleasant & helpful office staff, one who is personable and available when needed and one who doesn’t make a patient wait 24 hrs for an answer to a simple question. Most of all, I wanted a physician who truly cares and understands me. I wanted a physician who wants to build a relationship and understand my needs, in person, not over a patient messaging portal. The entire office staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is friendly, available, welcoming, and supportive. Dr Alvarez is a bit quiet but he’s listening to what I’m saying and I believe he truly cares about all of his patients. Dr Alvarez is kind, gentle, understanding, and I hope I can keep him as my PCP for a very long time.

One word, Horrible!!! They treat there patients like garbage rather then people, they play with peoples lives and medications, they have no respect and they are horrible to deal with. On top of everything, the woman they have running there front are so rude it’s not even funny. If you want to be treated like a kid the. By all means, use this office, if you want to be treated like an adult then you should probably do some more research

I highly recommend Dr Alvarez! He is patient and explains medical information concisely in an easily understandable manner. I really appreciate someone who listens and answers all my questions without rushing me out the door. His staff is professional and friendly. I never have to wait long to see him and his cardiologist recommendation was fantastic.

This was my first visit to Dr. Alvarez office and I was highly impressed with Maria and Sandra at the front desk. My vision is becoming hard for me to see and could not fill out any of the paper work. These two ladies did it all for me and treated me respectfully and kindly. As for Dr.Alvarez, he went over every aspect of my medical history and physical. He was very caring and concerned about me. He's a 5 star doctor for sure.

I went here once after my doctor retired and the entire office was rude, the doctor was curt and that explained a lot. I decided to try again and at the next appointment the year following it was the same thing. Plus they took two couples that came well after me and I was right on time, fifteen minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Ultimately it was 48 minutes after my scheduled time before the doctor came in.
