The customer service on the phone was horrible, I called 30 mins before my appointment about transportation and was on hold for 40 mins and missed the appointment and had to reschedule. Not very helpful people. Bad attitude everywhere

El servicio nunca a sido bueno, pero ultimamente esta peor, te dicen que te van a llamar y no lo hacen pueden pasar meses y no lo hacen cuando llamas te pasas una hora en espera y cuando contesta te ponen la cita lejo.no quiero decir mas, voy a cambiarme de clinica, es una pena porque me siento muy bien con la Doctora Amelia Armas.

Wouldn't even give them a star if i could. The pediatric doctors are good. But the adult doctors are jerks. They talk about you right behind your back and they are just unprofessional.

I guess it was okay. Took a friend today. Seems like customer service was fair. It wasn't a very long wait. To see doctor. Disability parking in the front. Disability access available. Somewhat. Not large parking lot.

called several times to order immunizations records. was transferred and on hold many times. staff needs to do a better job with customer service and handling calls.

No recomiendo el servicio de esta clinica:Estuve hoy porque tuve una cita con el podologo para mi nina, cuya cita fue progamada con un referido por la Clinica de Hialeah desde el 2/21/2018, hoy desde las 3:10 pm estaba alli pasado mas de 1 hora la muchacha de from desk me llama para decirme que el medico no me podia atender porque no cogia el seguro de Amerigrup.Yo cnsidero esto una falta de respeto; pedi hablar con la Manager de la clinica, porque no podia creer que esto pasara aqui. La manager me dijo que el error habia sido de la clinica de Hialeah, como veran emepazaron a pelotear el problema, yo le pedi que me ayudara ya que habia perdido mi tiempo de mi puesto laboral y mi hija habia perdido la tarde de la escuela y necesitaba que la atendieran, yo considero que tuvieron el tiempo necesario para regalarme una llamada y darme la informacion. Ella hablo con el medico y me dieron una cita de cortesia, que en realidad no resolvio para nada mi problema solamente fue para no hacerme sentir mas mal.Buena, les comento mi mala experiencia con esta clinica para que no les agarre de solpresa el mal servicio...
