Do NOT go here!!! My female family member had a male urologist, who has zero bedside manner and people skills. The old lady office manager here refused to allow her to see another MD covered under her insurance. Whoever you get assigned to at first-you cannot request another MD. What a joke!!!!
Can never get a human being on the phone to ask questions!!! Very frustrating
Worse office staff, assistants who weigh and take back patients. Very rude and no empathy. I brought my mother up here and I was sitting in waiting room. Just the way they treat people. Not all of them, just a few staff. I wish I could have gotten some names. There was one on the phone named Maureen.She should not be working with people.

Horrible! Canceled my surgery hours before it was scheduled with little regards to personal logistics and said oh well maybe we can see you in a few months. Dont waste your time.
These people are one of the most inconsiderate! They put no value on their patients time, only try to make more money! If you have an option, find a different urologist
They all need to go through the basic customer service training. There's no empathy or concern for the customer or well-being. I escalated my concerns to a supervisor, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience they put me through. I will not be utilizing their services moving forward due to this experience.
Very bad service to my husband , he was not allowed to see a real doctor just a nurse, and he was charged as he has seen doctor , my insurance won’t pay, plus nurse didn’t give my husband chance to explain how sick he feels , few questions he was able to ask , nurse didn’t know , and was told by nurse needed to leave and told him to check with his primary doctor ,he’ll not go back, be careful everybody because nurses charging same way doctors do . So bad I guess florida has worst service in medical
Big waste of time. They did Botox for my bladder problems and nobody told me it could cause urinary retention. Was sent home with a Foley catheter and it was no big deal to them. I was in pain, and was not referred to pain management was told to take it azo. Bottom line is there is a lack of empathy on Quinn and dr. Raffeis part. There is no wait time because u get a lousy 5 minutes with them, I had to leave because they did nothing to help. Was sent home with catheters and that was that.
Love the practitioner at this place but trying to reach someone about an appointment is an exercise in extreme patience. I got a voice mail that they had not received the blood work results and we’re canceling my appointment. I mean, I am not in charge of labcorp. I cannot go to their computers and deliver the lab results. Instead of calling the day before and sayin you canceled the appointment, maybe you want to ask if I had done this. But I sat on hold for 50 minutes the first time before waiting for a call back. Then, as I figured, you called when I couldn’t pick up the phone. I dialed back and got another location. They transferred me right back to the same queue I had been on and so now I’m on hold again. Seriously, over an hour of my time gone waiting to resolve this issue I have no control over. A good way to lose a patient.
