Dr. Kelley is just phoning it in these days. Sure she's nice, but she's not thorough, speeds through her appointments, misses things that should be checked or makes an excuse not to deal with them that day. She never misses an opportunity to send you to the COPC urgent care way over in Westerville when you're sick (yes, when you're sick - I thought that's what doctors are for) or need a special service that she no longer wants to perform in her office. She is just not a good, thorough, or engaged doctor anymore and should consider retiring. I know five people who have stopped going to her for the reasons stated above.

I feel encouraged from Doctor’s patient listening, caring and understanding attitude while simultaneously sharing current - up to date knowledge as I address my concerns. Also, I appreciate the efficient and friendly staff, especially capable RNs Michelle and Yolondo and CNP Stephanie, which reflects the Doctors regard toward all.
