Visited Dr. Joseph for my physical last year for the first time, as my previous doctor retired. He was very thorough in his exam, even though he isn't affiliated with Advent Health like my insurance said. Will be seeing him again.

This is currently my primary doctor and I'm not happy, I went for a regular/ physical visit and weighted 200 lbs (I'm almost 6') I know I'm over weight, the doctor didn't mention anything about my weigh, barely engage in conversation and seem totally uninterested. I will be searching for a new doctor.

I truly like Dr Joseph he has always been very up front and honest with me about my health I find him very knowledgeable and very caring! Love the girls in the office just the sweetest!

I called for an appointment because I was in an accident a month and a half ago and had a hematoma on my head, and it is oozing and smells. I told the lady who answered the phone I thought it was infected and also I needed to be seen because I have a lump on the bottom of my foot that is throbbing and very painful which is making it hard for me to walk. The receptionist said they have limited appointments because of covid and had to ask the dr if I could be seen and would call back. I waited a day and a half for a call back and I never received one. I called them back and she said the dr called in a medication for me to try before being seen. I asked was it an antibiotic and where did they call it in. They had to look up all the questions to see what had been done. I said an antibiotic will help the infection on my head but it won’t help my foot. She didn’t care what I had to say she said well this is what the dr wants you to do. I got upset and told them to ask the dr how this will help my foot since he doesn’t even know what is wrong with it. Long story short this is not the first time I have tried to get an appt and have been refused, it happened when I was released from the hospital and had to follow up with him for broken ribs and collapsed lung where I had to have someone call from Humana to make them give me an appointment. DO NOT use this doctor! Worst patient treatment ever!!! He does not care about his patients and the staff lacks intelligence!

Such a high-quality doctor. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and is very friendly in nature. The office is very clean and kept well. The staff has changed recently and I feel very welcome and safe after covid.

When you call the office, they never answer the phone. There is no answering machine, it just rings and rings and then hangs up. How can you run a professional office like that.
